Scan lines can be used to good effect sometimes but they need to be used sparingly. Covering the entire piece in them just makes it kinda hard on the eyes. Blending is simple but solid enough and I don't know if you re-coloured the render to match the BG but if you didn't then it matches perfectly on it's own. Text is the real star here though. The scan lines could be a bit more subtle, yes, but they don't kill it. The coloring matches, although I'm not a huge fan of the all yellow graphic, so I wish it was adjusted to look a bit less sickly. Good work!
