Claimed:VHFL draft breakdown [1/2]

I finally have tried to do more work for this shit. Next year will be better, I promise. But, for now, I have the draft breakdown for each player! This will be a table, so it might be hard to format in a media spot, but I will include the player name, number of leagues drafted in, ADP(average draft position), highest draft position, lowest draft position, and FPR(fantasy point ranking). Then of course I will comment on this stuff and see how the draft went overall and make some S51 observations.

A few interesting observations I had:

We have a ton to learn

I mean, just look at this list. The ADP rankings and FPR don't match up very well. Considering the guy with the best ADP has a lower FPR than the guy with the worst ADP, that says enough

The worst drafted player

some poor soul drafted Artom Zhumbayev with their goalie pick. Of course, at the time this seemed like a good pick. Stockholm would get plenty of shots against, Zhumbayev was decent, what's not to like? Well, as you all know, DeGrath was forced to the VHL and took all the starts, so there goes all his points. Zhumbayev has played 5 games so far.

Jokinen phenomena

Fabio Jokinen was drafted in 4 of 7 leagues. In all those leagues(A, B, D, and E) he was selected 35th overall.

Goalie skewing

I know first hand that the goalie ADP rankings are inaccurate. The thing is, since there is only one of each, if goalies go early, you don't have to worry about drafting one. Take Sandro Clegane for example. He is 12th ranked ADP, but his lowest draft position was by me, at 29th. I valued him much higher than that, but when my other picks rolled around at 18th and 19th, every team already had a goalie, so I naturally waited till the last pick in my draft to take Sandro, since I knew no one could select him. Just keep that in mind

Not that bad considering I was late for most of my picks. Just a shame @Streetlite forgot to show up and play.

Not bad a all, you're in second place in Group B. Sadly @jRuutu is destroying everyone :P

Hopefully I can hold the lead. Would be the first time I win fantasy league anywhere, ever!

You've got the 1st, 4th, 11th, 12th, 13th, and 17th best player on your roster, and have a near 200 FP lead. I think you're good haha

Not sure how I won my group, tbh. I feel bad for everyone who competed against me and lost.

I mean, besides your god awful Jack Kraken pick lol, you had a very solid team. Sleeman was the top fantasy player, Barnyashev was a monster, Holik was the #2 goalie, von Hohenzollern did surprisingly well also, and Felipe was a solid second defenseman for fantasy

I had no idea who to pick. Kraken had great numbers in the VHLM so I was hoping he'd put up a decent goal total.
