Seattle will win the Victory Cup, but fall to the Americans in the playoffs. New York will go on to beat Stockholm in the finals thanks in large part to playoff MVP Unassisted, who will also repeat as the regular season MVP. Starring on New York's offense alongside the point leader will be Tom Lincoln and Diana Maxwell, who finish top in goals and assists, respectively. The Americans' star defenseman Bobby Digital will lose out to Black Velvet for Top Defenseman in a close vote, unlike the unanimous vote that will result in Jakab Holik being named Top Goalie. No longer slated to be in the VHLM this season, mist4ke will be a lone bright spot for the Dynamo, taking home the honor of being named the league's best rookie. Unassisted will add to his vastly growing trophy case by winning the Scott Boulet Trophy. Blake Campbell, GM of the Bears will be the Top Executive, with key Seattle acquisition Zach Parechkin winning another Top Leader award. Essian Ravenwing, who just barely lost the Most Sportsmanlike Trophy to teammate Tom Lincoln this past season, will win it this time around.
