Devise 4,475 Posted April 10, 2017 Share Posted April 10, 2017 Following the events of the last several seasons, it was clear that some speeding up needed to be done. For Season 54 and the foreseeable future the playoff sim schedule format will be as follows. First Round: Double Sim till Game 7 Second Round: Double Sim first four games. Finals: Double Sim first four games* *Note: If a team goes down in a series 3-0, game four will instead be simmed on the following day, as we'd move into a single day per sim format at that point. Hopefully this clears up any confusion, and speeds up things just a little bit. This has been debated back and forth in the BoG and on the board for seasons. The only change that is being made is that the double sim we do in the first four games of the semi-finals will in most cases carry over to the finals. This should prevent a finals that includes a limited amount of members eating up an entire PT week.
