Although I think the text could maybe use some work, first I could try a change of colour on the text and see how that looked. If it didnt stick out enough I would try a different bigger font but good work otherwise! You could definitely brighten it up a bit, and maybe add one more layer to blend it a bit more, but as is it looks great. The text is my only real complaint. I don't usually like these types of fonts, and I don't think it works with this sig style. I'd say switch up the font and it's perfect.
