I'm GM of Ottawa, and I'll make a 1m offer. We're still working out the contract cap issues since there have been a greater than normal amount of midseason players this year - these offers may increase to 2m at some point, if so I'll tag you in any changes. With the promise of upgrading you to top pair if u stay active an updating.
