So, last night was something. I got the idea in my head that maybe, just maybe the VHLSC should come about again - with me potentially at the helms, but this time reinvent it. Kendrick did an amazing job, so if we can incorporate what he did into this idea that would be amazing, but it may also be best to let a great thing die and move onto something new. That was Kendrick's thing and he did it great. Maybe time for something new.

 

I got searching around the web last night, figured a magazine for scouting could be cool. It's interactive, gives the site an opportunity to have  more than one thing there and also much more the the young rookies and such to look at and have about them. Could be good for activity and I'm sure if they stay active, they'd love seeing themselves apart of a magazine like that. Could it be something that helps with retention? Likely not a whole lot, but it could help some for those who stay committed to the site long enough.

 

@diamond_ace - I'm sure you'd be interested in tag teaming some of the articles here, which would help from me not being so burnt out. @Beaviss OR @Smarch , you're a busy guy but an idea like "Commissioners Corner" could be a thing where each edition you give a little blurb about the prospects or the VHLM moving etc. @solas Maybe for Graphics - unless you're not willing and there's someone else out there who could help a little with graphics? I'm a quicker learned but dunno on that shit.

Looks fucking awesome. I wish I had this kind of thing for the last few seasons.

 

I think it's always a good idea to include GM players in here too, just to add them a little to the spotlight. I know they don't get "drafted", but it kind of sucks sometimes when you have a great player in the VHLM and there is zero focus on him. Although, not to make it all about myself. There's the other Louth, and the other Ironside exiting the VHLM this season.
