What is the Point of Writing a Media Spot Anymore

Welfare gives me 5 tpe, and media spots only give me 1 more tpe. Is one tpe really worth putting in that much extra effort? I thought media spots were supposed to be the big thing around here but the incentives don't seem right

Welfare isn't too much. I only bother writing medias when I have a doubles week or something like that.

Just claim doubles every week. One or two are bound to get past a tired updater. That's how I do it anyway.

Its only 4 for regular members. We could raise the bar for what qualifies for the 5 point pension.

 

Also the extra effort is as you say, to generate media spots. That in itself should be part of the reason you want to do it. If you don't actually want to write an MS but feel obligated to do so, then perhaps you need to rethink what it means for you.
