They have the second fewest goals for, as a fellow Ducks fan, I agree its a huge pain to watch. Bob Murray is a good GM but Carlyle is awful as a coach. Hopefully they turn it around and Getzlaf gets another ring. He is my favourite athlete of all time. They wouldn't make anyone but him captain until he is gone and there would be no point to making Perry or Kesler. They are both washed up. Manson, Rakell, Kase, Lindholm and Fowler are all better choices than captain.
