Well, as someone that came into the draft really knowing nothing about where I would go, there was a lot up in the air. Now, with the season over, we can look back and see where I am not and how I did. Let's see how I did in terms of statistics.

  • Record: 6-21-5
  • SV%: .918
  • GAA: 3.30
  • GA: 109
  • SA: 1,322

When you look at this, Finn was 6th in the entire league in Save Percentage, he is still does not make the Goals Against Average. Now, when you thought about the draft, you always had competition with Brick Wahl of the Calgary Wranglers. Let's compare how Brick did compared to Davison.

  • Record: 22-34-5
  • SV%: .914
  • GAA: 2.73
  • GA: 164
  • SA: 1,906

Who do you take? These two will always be compared, but it will be always interesting to project these two, but looking back, I am a little bit disappointed in my year. I got shelled, it really is disappointing how bad my year was. It just pushes me to do better and be better. I will keep moving, This is going to be my time. I am moving forward as the HC Davos starting goaltender, this just moves me to be better, to do better. Rookie year is just the tip of the iceberg. Tune in to see the fun that I will be having.

Also, I don't recommend taking these stats at face value. Davos was rebuilding and poor Finn was forced to play net with 0 defense at all. I think with a better team in front of him, he's a top goalie

@Poptart .918% is actually amazing stats considering you were on a rebuilder. None of this season was your fault, in fact I think you stole some games for Davos and still did very well, even on the worst team. In my opinion, you should be proud of the way you played.

Not to say they aren’t fine numbers but generally being on a rebuilder can also inflate save percentages as well due to the high volume of shots
