Simple but well executed. text is pretty nice, I'd just try to match the colour a bit closer to the colouring on the render. I would look at lighting / vignettes to bring the viewer’s eyes to the player’s face quicker. Also in the future try to avoid photographs with big branding (like the Verizon in this shot) as the ad conflicts with the text of the sig!
