It's all good. Don't call yourself bad, because everyone started from the beginning. Good work with the background blur, makes Burns stand out.

Review: 

 

Gotta push it more - don’t be afraid of making mistakes. An easy way to make a natural image like this one feel more stylized is by downloading “lens flare” filters and throwing it on top, to give it more dramatic lighting. Playing with color combos more too is easy to do and a good way to explore style. The text is way too timid.

Everybody starts somewhere. Main thing this could use it added effects. Something like maybe to blend Burns' body into the background more or even taking his render out of the image all together and putting it over a background, etc etc.

That's a tough pic to cut out properly. That beard hair is really touchy to capture. I would try an "Easier" player to cut out and go from there. Try all  sorts of effects, it is  fun to see what you can come up with. Keep up the progress.
