When you say "are represented in the VHL Hall of Fame," do you mean players inducted? Or does that include builders? And/or award winners? Heck, all player stats since S49 are technically in the HoF, so do those count, too?  but yeah, just trying to not screw the pooch on this one

I read it to mean player inductees.
