Nate Telker scores in Moscow Menace debut

Nate Telker notched his first ever goal in the VHL in his first ever game, with the helpers coming from Jet Jaguar and Paolo Nano. Telker made the cut from training camp and has been starting on the LW on the Menaces 3rd line. Telker is coming off of an explosive season in the VHLM where he won the Founders cup with the Houston Bulls. "I couldn't believe it at first, I took the shot and saw the puck in the net and instantly celebrated. It was a moment that I'll never forget". Telker is off to a solid start offensively despite the drop off in ice team with a goal and a helper in his first 4 games. Telker was asked about how he thought he did in training camp. "I thought I played well and proved a point that I deserve a spot on the roster, it was a real battle where I had to not only show my skills but my hustle as well, and so far it's payed off".

Damn in your first game I’m jealous. It took me nearly 40 games to get my first but then again my player was also sitting at about 200 TPA because I was inactive.
