The outspoken former zoo keeper and Tiger lover has made an instant name for himself with his sorted past. Now that most of that is behind him, he was ready to sign with a pro hockey team again. He signed with the Philadelphia Reapers. Albeit a deep team, but he knew he would improve quickly and has done just that. That is why it's been difficult to accept the lack of ice time early in the year. Today, he had 1 minute in a game. In the other games he had 3 and 4 minutes respectively. "How am I supposed to get any better?" Joe was heard saying to @DMaximus “I think he’s just in a spot right now where he’s caught in limbo and probably wants more than anything to just get here and play and be an VHL player. There’s probably a lot of frustration in the fact he’s not where he wants to be right now,” said Joe's teammate. The coach was able to address the matter later this afternoon. “Everyone’s entitled to their own opinion. He’s a premier goal scorer, so maybe he’s just trying to use that as some leverage for his contract. I wouldn’t put too much weight into those comments,” @DMaximus said this morning. Joe has yet to record a goal averaging less than 5 minutes a night.
