Really tough call. #1 looks great, all the colors really pop, wish there was a bit more going on in the background but at the same time it helps those other colors. #2 is really well-composed and the subtext looks great.

 

This was really splitting hairs but #2 had more nitpicky things I didn't love so I went #1. If sig 2 kept the stroke outline for the lower part of the render so it still kind of retains that part of the render a bit more, and did away with the b/w face or made it look a bit better/more detailed, it would've gotten my vote.

Both went with a simpler style but I like #1 more tbh. Not a fan of the weird lighting in 2
