The current list has NA Roster/NA Prospects/EU Roster/EU Prospects/S39 Draft/S40 Draft the only thing left to do is fix any errors and comb through the VHLM for other players who aren't draftees or prospects most likely inactive FAs who are on minor league teams. By the looks of it we only need a 2 round inactive draft at the end which will get us the best available inactives anyway. There is two tabs at the bottom one for actives and one for inactives. The definition of an active player is one who has posted within the last 30 days. Therefore if you haven't posted within 30 days you are an inactive. I wont check the activity day count every day. The date will be from the day I add the player to the list if they have or haven't posted within 30 days of being added to the list they are then active or inactive. Retirement rules as per the World Cup changes a player is considered eligible if they haven't yet retired even if it is there last season. Players before the deadline such as Tukio and those after the deadline such as Taylor are not allowed. A player who is in their last season and still not yet retired till late in the playoffs such as Spud is allowed to participate. Basically if you retire from now on you are still eligible but anyone who has already retired is not allowed in. I'm not wanting Taylor in, but it seems silly that a board post is the only difference between a guy participating or not.
