B&W done well, good looking signature, high quality render, great nameplate swap, and amazing use of space. My only critique would be to slightly lessen the fade on "signed" and either make the team name font a bit larger to add some width. Both of those tweaks would need to be minute. I love the black and white style with the slight colour of the Warsaw orange, everything flows really well. The signature and the fade out of the "signed" text is perfection.
