dlamb 1,326
I love talking about Warsaw, so I just came up with this idea to do a little blurb about the new players being injected into the S76 Warsaw Predators lineup. Without further ado, to the Warsaw faithful, please welcome the following players to the S76 Warsaw Predators! S75 Kevin Wu | D | 307 TPE @kevinscix Acquired: 41st Overall, S75 Draft Kevin Wu, who was drafted in the 3rd round of the Season 75 draft, brings even more depth to a daunting Preds blueline. They have shown they can dominate at the VHLM level, scoring 146 points over the past 2 seasons with the Mexico City Kings, including a dominant S75 campaign consisting of 22 goals and 65 assists. Although it is unlikely to translate to the next level right away, for the upcoming season Wu will provide depth at the D position and continue to grow and improve his skills under the mentorship of the likes of Victor Grachev, Latrell Mitchell, Muffbeav, and Tim Waters. S75 Nero Endrizzi | C | 335 TPE @TurnDaddy Acquired: 19th Overall, S75 Draft In the 2nd round of the previously mentioned Season 75 draft, the Predators drafted Centreman Nero Endrizzi. The running theme of this article will be one talking about depth, for the most part, including young Nero. For now, Endrizzi is manning the 3C position for the Predators, impressing management with 4 points through 11 games. This is a good sign for the team, as the impending retirement of Warsaw C Dagmar Havlova leaves Endrizzi next in line on the depth chart to take over behind Dakota Lamb. S71 Uhtred | RW | 785 TPE @leafsman Acquired: Trade with Seattle Here is the big one. In an effort to increase our odds at a cup run, GM Damien Walec pulled off a massive off-season trade, bringing in star winger Uhtred for a 1st and 2nd-round pick. Uhtred is a proven veteran, with a career high 101 points with Seattle, as well a true winner, capturing the Founder's Cup in Season 69, as well as the biggest prize, a Continental Cup in both Season 71 and 73. The quest for a third Continental Cup starts now for Uhtred, and the Warsaw Predators should be extremely impressed with this addition, with Uhtred flyout out of the gate with 20 points in 11 games. Warsaw C Dakota Lamb considers the Dear - Lamb - Uhtred line to be among the best in the VHL, and so should you! S74 Jacob Carson | G | 350 TPE @jacobcarson877 Acquired: Trade with Calgary I'm already way over my word count, but Jacob Carson's impact has been felt too much both on and off the ice to not give him his dues. From the moment he arrived in Warsaw, Jacob was a pleasantry in the locker room, buying in to the system we have immediately. We were happy to no longer have a bot goalie, and he was happy to be getting starts, win-win. However, I don't think anyone predicted the start he has had thus far. Through 4 games, Jacob is rocking a 0.940 SV%. Although it may be unsustainable, it is always nice to know you have 2 goalies who you can count on night in and night out. #GOPREDSGO (544 Words) kevinscix, .sniffuM, KaleebtheMighty and 1 other 4 Link to comment https://vhlforum.com/topic/98699-new-kids-on-the-block-warsaw-predators/ Share on other sites
