  1. 5 uncapped (plus they are essentially a media spot).
  2. Thanks - should say the rest looks good and well researched, not your fault some things slipped under the radar.
  3. 1. Always good, I've been quite lucky with my players in that all of them got cups with the team they started out with, meaning there were few regrets. Always sad to see good teams miss out or win after some core players have to leave. 2. It will require some clever planning but with how deep our prospect pool is and still having all future draft picks, I don't see why not. I do suspect a big sacrifice will need to be made to the salary cap at some point, hopefully not me! 3. I mean, we can at least play them on the 3rd right? It's tough but it's your fault for drafting too well. 4. With or without Louth, I see Toronto as the 4th best team in the league. That means they have a chance to win the cup but I don't know if they're a legitimate contender. Maybe in another season but this year Riga, Seattle, and Quebec are too strong. 5. He still seems to be popping in but yeah, not really saying much these days. Always sad about members' inactivity, especially once I've known for a while, and he's left me to carry the VHL history load on my own. I'm sure he'll reappear though.
  4. Yeah, that's the player page from pre-Portal times. You'll be able to find his S52 stats in the S52 index in here: https://vhlportal.com/tools/archive
  5. I assume it didn't get updated on his player page as it got moved when he retired (assuming that's what you used).
  6. yup
  7. @BladeMaiden - thanks, although think you missed S52 - his Toronto season?
  8. I've got a thread in league discussion with best goalie performances in the playoffs - he's up there so fair play.
  9. Didn't you claim Hamilton last time?
  10. This is going down as a 3 way deal in the trade tracker, fuck you all.
  11. So this wasn't one of the 3 parts?
  12. Toronto Legion General Manager: Devise Roster Player Stats Finances Draft Picks Transactions Awards Season 65 S65 TOR 4th Season 66 S66 TOR 4th Yeah that looks about right. Devise has become a parody of himself.
  13. I don't even know wtf happened and why. @Will can you not do three-way trades in the portal
  14. I very much didn't want New York to win any cups after the Tordahl trade, despite managing to swap that pick for a Jardy and getting us to 3 more finals. Not a good time. But then Bentley basically replaced Tordahl (or replaced Low who replaced Tordahl) and it all worked out in the end. Except that playoff series against Quebec. Fuck Waldron. @Hybrid1486
  15. I reckon you're onto something with these sabbaticals. Swear your next player gets better every time.
  16. This makes a bit more sense than trading for a one-season rental Johnsson but you do you Helsinki.
  17. All yours
  18. Just 3 players - Axelsson has been done.
  19. Toronto is going to be a wreck of a franchise in a season's time and I love it.
  20. How about flyersfan1493?
  21. Time to retire @Fire Hakstol?
  22. The circle of life is complete.
  23. To (S62) C - Oleksiy Revchenko (S62) LW - Karl von Moltke (S62) D - Lando Baxter To S63 CGY 1st (LW Jose Gonzalez) S64 CGY 2nd S63 CGY 3rd (LW Randoms) So where will S65 and S66 2nd go when the cap hits?
  24. Deserved for sure.
  25. Yes, Kallis Kriketers is the worst cup-winning goalie in living memory. Maybe ever to be honest if we rank the first decade of high scoring VHL hockey objectively. But guess what? We love him. Yes, Kallis Kriketers is the worst cup-winning goalie in living memory. But he's a cup-winning goalie. Rhett DeGrath didn't win a cup. Jakab Holik didn't win a cup. Kallis Kriketers did. And what does the worst goalie even mean? Was he inactive like Jehovah? Did he retire on his team before the season started and forced to play by commissioner decree like Demetrjusz Dudek? Ah, the stats. The stats are pretty bad. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1nFwVacmnKe5c7-KT8akuCwwYrhaZcdzidaxF2ABqZww/edit?usp=sharing Since Season 18, no other cup-winning goalie saved less the 90% of the shots they faced. Of the other 17 seasons, 12 are gone forever, but probably were also above that. But there is Adrian McCreath in Season 4 with a woeful .889! So, yes, Kallis Kriketers is the worst cup-winning goalie in living memory. But he's not the worst cup-winning goalie ever. That's McCreath. And McCreath is in the Hall of Fame so all hope is not lost. You know who else is in the Hall of Fame? Greg Clegane and Alexander Labatte. There they are.... (maybe ignore the guy in the middle) So yes, Kallis Kriketers is the worst cup-winning goalie in living memory. Deal with it.
