It's the same year to year. Check out last year's to see how it is set up. Rarley do people that update throughout the season and play an entire season see under 10 TPE.

The main thing is you active guys are racking up the point which will help you receive the maximum in the achievement tracker. Obviously nice to win, but in the long run being active and progressing youur player to the next level is what is important

Sterling also expressed that he wished to help out with you guys this season, so hopefully he can see in this lr soon enough as he knows way more about the sim engine than I do, plus his overall knowledge of how to build a player will be of great help. Keep up the great work everyone, I'll pop in time to time to say hi

Yeah i tried to give the active guys more icetime and split the lines up more evenly. Seemed to help with the offensive output, just not the defense. 

Last 3 sims were wack for me. And then...8 points in 3 games. lol.

Hey guys. Frank is really busy with work right now, so I'm gonna step in for the time being and help out with his duties. Please feel free to suggest lines or anything else you can think of and i'll be sure to listen to your ideas. I don't know many of you but hopefully if you keep collecting points and we add a few pieces we could see a playoff birth this season for the Lynx.

No points for me yet but im leading the team in penalty mins and hits     Good start from the team though , 4 games and 3 wins. I promise to score at least 1 goal this season

Charles Poliquan is a big believer in thick grip. Practicing with thicker sticks would actually stimulate many more muscles in the hands and forearms that with the conventional hockey sticks. This is the simple concept of irradiation. 
 
It's the same reason that when you want to show off your biceps, you forcibly squeeze your fist tightly to get maximum power.
 
Therefore, I endorse this article.
 

Stick handling is a real skill that takes years of practice. When i was younger i spent hours and hours working on my game.
 
Grip is extremely important.
 
I used to add some tape on my sticks shaft to increase grip but these days i dont even need it since my hands are insanely strong.
 
 Ive noticed that you get the best results when you practice with bare hands. Get those muscles strong faster.  Some people make mistake and only work with one hand, i made sure to improve my left hand also which was weaker. Sure it felt weird first but you just need to keep on going.You really feel the difference on ice. 
 
Not bragging but i bet none of you can stick handle like i can. When you see me with my stick , two hand grip. You can just stand still , mouth and eyes wide open and take it all in.
