  1. Boobs. Boobs everywhere

  2. Frustration for Local Royals Player Since we last met with Hammer his numbers have slowly improved but still not to a point where he is happy with. At this point in the season Hammer is sitting with four goals to his name as well as twelve assists, hardly numbers you’d want to see on one of the best European VHLM teams. His frustration has shown, as he has picked up 36 penalty minutes, one of the highest totals on his team. However the news for him has not been all bad as he started to learn how to throw his body around. Currently, Hammer is also one of the team’s leaders in hits sitting with 118. Another bright spot for hammer has been his shooting percentage as he has not able to hit the net often but when he does he is scoring a little over ten percent of the time. Recently we sat down with Hammer to try to get his take on his current frustration: Interview: Hammer, what areas do you want to improve on in your game? Hammer: Currently I want to improve my offensive production as well as my shots blocked. The offensive production will happen as goals will come but assists are just as important. What has frustrated me is that with all my time on the power play I have only amassed one total point. The other part of my game that needs to improve is my defense as previously mentioned I want to improve the amount of shots I have blocked. Sadly, I only have half of what top defenseman Chuck Goody has in shots blocked, a number that I know I should be closer too. Interview: We heard recently, that you are going to change how you train. Can you tell us how this came about and what are you going to change? Hammer: First I will cover what has brought on the change. After practice the other day, I met with GM Jala about why I was struggling. He talked about how in the VHL players seem to get better on focusing on specific attributes he talked about his friend Sachimo Zoidberg who had scored a ton of points by increasing his scoring first then trying to balance out in the other aspects of his game. I also met with the trainer Kendrick who spoke to me about his own experience while he was helping me with post game ice. With their guidance I have decide now to focus on scoring and defense. With scoring I will at least be able to put the puck on net and hope that I can force rebounds for my team or maybe even put the puck to twine myself. The reasons behind defense are pretty self-explanatory. Being aware on the ice as well as improving my defensive responsibility will help things like blocking shots and cutting down lanes to the net. Interview: Last question, what do you think has been the biggest surprise about your game? Hammer: Honestly my hitting and overall play on the boards. I have been always been a bigger and stronger guy whether it was in basketball, football, or hockey. Bringing that to hockey was only a matter of being able to be aggressive with skates on. At first it was hard, but once I really learned how to go after someone, I definitely did. The GM Jala has been very impressed with my physical play and even pointed it out to the team when I broke 100 total hits. I just hope I can keep it up. Interview: Well that’s all the time for now, thanks for tuning in and we hope all of our viewers at home keep watching MC Hammer’s improvement. 624 words

  4. see this is similar to the SHL theory but I don't think that you should be able to add TPE to the exsisting player and should have to function under the VHLM rules for TPE acquiring and such. However all VHLM options could still be open to your new VHLM player like the training camp and such
  5. yeah I found that out in my locker room Sorry
  6. Jesus who edited my post? I was only joking? I'll leave the edit though

  8. MC Hammer coming into his own Earlier this season we sat down with Hammer and did his rookie profile and how he came to hockey. Now three weeks we are here to look at his progress and see how feels about his progress. 24 games into the season Hammer has 1 goal and 6 assists to his name on the higher scoring Bern team. Normally for a defenseman those are not great numbers. However lets look at the facts. There are multiple players on the Royals who are in their second season in the minors. There were multiple players that were claimed in the disbursement draft. Also multiple players were taken in the regular VHLM draft before Hammer even announce he we was eligible. Also his numbers have increased fairly rapidly as he only had one goal and one assist for at least the first 12 games of the season. Coming to the hockey life had appeared that it would be hard as Chuck Goody did not recognize him to earlier this week. He knew that his fellow D-men would display his talent and be able to teach him the way of minor league hockey. He definitely has not slacked as Hammer has improved his Scoring and Defense as well as been in the weight room lifting hard to be a star in the VHL. He has been looking at a player like Josh Merica who he expects to be a first round pick in this coming draft. When looking at Merica he looks at his scoring ability as well as uncomparable leadership skills on and off the ice. Recently we sat down with Hammer to ask him about his time in Bern: Interviewer: What did you think of your first goal? Hammer: It was a rush. To having shot thousands of pucks both in team practice as well as my own it was awesome to light the lamp in a real game. To see my team rush me as they knew how important it was to me was just inspiring. I had always dreamnt of that moment but never knew when or if it was ever going to come. Interviewer: Where do you see yourself going in the upcoming draft? Hammer: Well everyone wants to be a first round but I do not know if that will happen. I have a feeling I will end up going late second or early third as I will not be as good as players like my teammates Goody and Merica who I believe will both go before me. I also believe that not being part of the VHLM draft will hurt my stock and make teams not want me. Interviewer: Last Question. What are your thoughts on the Bern organization playing Can't Touch this when teammate Josh Merica scored the other night. Hammer: At first I laughed. I thought it was humbling that my music had made it all the way out there in Europe. However I got embarassed. I am in great shape now but I don't think I will ever look that good as I did in that music video. It was still cool to be able to see that my team respects me enough to play my music without making too big of a deal with it. The guys did chide me afterwards and asked where my parachute pants were. Interviewer: That's all the time for now. Tune in next week! word count 572 words

  11. As a note if you look at editing this there is a format when I entered it and that format went away when I posted it. I also am having issues with VHL and my internet when it comes to editing my posts so I can not go in and try to clean it up
  12. From Rap to Hockey, What Mc Hammer has done since “Can’t Touch This” After his reign of being on top in his parachute pants he thought it was time to start training for a new legacy. He took up Hockey As seen here there is a transformation from fit rapper to becoming a strong hockey player.Mc was born in England actually but was moved out to the US at an early age. He used to be around 180 pounds during his rapping days but as the VHL called his name he decided to start to bulk up and is now sitting at a strong 215. Pros: 1. Scoring: Hammer loved to score on set off set and even sometimes during takes of his music videos, so why stop there. When it comes to hockey he loves to put the puck in the net. It gives him the same rush as getting a girl’s number or going all the way. 2. Checking: Whether its fighting people in real life or shoving the into the boards. Hammer has been known to be a physical guy. As a defenseman he uses this to pinch up in the play and crush the forward trying to break out of the zone. 3. Strength: Going hand in hand with his checking is his strength. He has used this to skate faster and hit harder as well as having one of the hardest slap shots in the VHLM. He will use this to develop his physical game as well as his scoring to become one of the top players in the league Cons: 1. Endurance: Similar to his rapping performance and time with the ladies Hammer cannot be on the ice long. He has vowed to improve endurance in all aspects and has taken up multiple programs to improve this. He also has been seen in practice running out of steam and asking for water each time down the ice it seems. 2. Skating: Having been a rapper he follows a lot of their stereotypes. His first sports were basketball and football. He was used to shooting a basketball but not shooting a puck. However has time gone on he has learned to skate and get better 3. Passing: Passing the puck for him is like passing the rock or passing the mike on stage. Hammer is definitely a selfish player in the offensive zone. He uses his strong size and abilities to help him score just not pass. However he does understand his role and can clear the puck out of the zone. Final Thoughts: Going from rapper to hockey player will not be the easiest for Hammer. However he will be a strong player later in his career as he develops and learns about how to be an athlete. He has not struggled so far in training camps as he was claimed by four different GM’s when he decided to announce his eligibility for the VHLM. As he gets ready for tomorrow’s first game of his career he will be ready.
