  8. Just these past couple of days Bratislava Watchmen’s GM, Banackock, has pulled of a few movies to drastically improve his team. This is a team that started the season looking decent, going 3-2 in their first 5 games, and until the last 7 games had a 10-20 record. The move that kickstarted it all, was a trade with the Moscow Red Wolves. Bratislava added defenseman Tanner Hynes, 66 TPE, center Bobby Boucher, 85 TPE, left winger Pavel Ovechkin, 36 TPE and Moscow’s S49 3rd round pick for Yukon’s S48 2nd round pick and Bratislava’s S49 2nd round pick. With this trade they were able to get, rivals Moscow’s, top 2 scorers. What does this trade do for Bratislava? Well it adds depth to the team, something they desperately need. Tanner Hynes would be put on an important role for the team’s 2nd defensive pairing alongside Sean Connery. Adding Bobby Boucher gives the team a 2nd center, something they strongly need, and helps soften the load put on their current number 1 center Vincent Adultman. Finally, Pavel Ovechkin takes over the role on the 2nd line at left wing. The next move Bratislava did was with Brampton Blades. In this trade Bratislava added defenseman Zach Voss, 66 TPE, right winger Mikhail Gribov, 58 TPE, defenseman Saul Hackett, 174 TPE and Oslo’s S48 2nd round pick for Yukon’s S48 1st round pick, Bratislava’s S49 3rd round pick and Moscow’s S49 3rd round pick. What does this trade do for Bratislava? It helps bolster their defense and give them strong depth at that position, adding a 174 TPE guy for the 1st pairing and a 66 TPE guy for the 2nd pairing, while moving Tanner Hynes, who was acquired in the previous deal, down to the 3rd pairing. Adding right winger Gribov, gives Bratislava two full lines, and lowers the burden on the first line. Adding in the 2nd round pick for Oslo also allows Bratislava to pick up a decent player in the next draft, or trade that pick for more depth. Adding all of this, with only losing one crucial pick, in Yukon’s 1st. The final trade Bratislava did was with Bern Royals, another rival of Bratislava. In this one, Bratislava added defenseman Sam Weaver, 54 TPE, another defenseman in Benjamin Tumack, 101 TPE and left winger Adam Holmstrom, 30 TPE for Bratislava’s S48 1st round pick, Bratislava’s S48 2nd round pick and defenseman Randy Savage, 32 TPE. What does this trade do for Bratislava? Like the previous two trades, this one adds even more depth to the team, with them adding a 101 TPE defender for their 2nd pairing, in Tumack, and another 54 TPE defender for the 3rd pairing, in Weaver. They also add in a left winger for more forward depth, something that the team could look on improving now that the defense depth is done. Although the team gave up a 1st rounder, 2nd rounder and a player, this trade should help them out in the next couple of seasons. Finally Bratislava was able to another center in Alexander Davidson to the team, who was recently signed by Cologne and sent down. So in the end, here’s what was sent and given during these past few moves by Bratislava: Bratislava Gains: Tanner Hynes Bobby Boucher Pavel Ovechkin Zach Voss Mikhail Gribov Saul Hackett Sam Weaver Benjamin Tumack Adam Holmstrom Alexander Davidson Bratislava Loses: Yukon’s S48 2nd round pick Bratislava S49 2nd round pick Yukon’s S48 1st round pick Bratislava’s S49 3rd round pick Bratislava’s S48 1st round pick Bratislava’s S48 2nd round Randy Savage
