Lol toronto. 11mill. They are spending too much on forwards. Matthews will get at least 10 next offseasons, marner 6-8. Add marleaus contract to this. They need D help and don't have the money to get it. But they will score a ton which will help the fans think they will win a cup. Without D they aren't a complete team.
