8 is absolute fire sidenote: great job on the themes. makes it really hard to tell who is making which sigs

When the deadline hits, put the sigs up. Their penalty for lateness is losing the initial rush of votes. Seems fair to me.

VHL PSD Pack 1 VHL PSD Pack 2 I also made this sort of "guide" a while ago which includes a few mini tutorials for some techniques that I like to use. link Main thing is practice though. And you're already off to a good start in that regard!
