    Review: Nice effects on this one, has an old school feel. The text does look a little low quality, at least the blue text. Not sure if that's something that happened in the upload or what. I would suggest to try making some smaller pieces. I usually start with 400 x 200. Keep at it though!

    Review: You've got a good start here. I like the black and white with the blue. I'd try to work on smaller canvasses, I usually start with 400px x 200px, maybe try something in that ballpark. I'd pull the text down to the bottom here and make it a bit smaller. Keep at it!

    I’d like to apply. I like to think I’m a positive contributor to the site and I would like to continue that. I’ve been very active, helping new members, and was voted captain by my teammates on the Lynx.

    1. We've had a few games so far this season, do you like how things are going?

    For the most part, I'm happy. 8 wins in 10 games is never a bad start. I feel like I'm not contributing as much as I'd like to, especially defensively. We are scoring a lot as a team, but we need to help out our goaltenders a lot more.

    2. How do you feel about the team in general, anything you would change?

    The team in general is great!

    3. If you were drafted by Ottawa do you like that? And if you signed with Ottawa why?

    Super happy, it's my manager's hometown and I feel really welcomed here!
    4. Anything me or Acyd could do to make the team better, either lines or anything in discord/forums.

    5. Do you have a favourite VHL team or one you would like to be drafted by? Or do you still need time to learn them?

    Favourite team was the Stockholm Vikings, I miss them :(

    The Ottawa Lynx recently unveiled the team's leadership squad. Zeno Miniti and Anthony Hawk will be the assistants, while rookie Thorny Underyew will lead the team as captain. Underyew was surprised to be recognized so early in his career.

     

    "It's amazing. To be trusted by the entire team and coaching staff is a blessing. I'm not the leading scorer or anything, but I try to lead by example and work at every aspect of my game. I suppose that's why they chose me."

     

    The Lynx are off to an impressive start, dropping only 2 of their first 10 games. In their most recent 2 games, they combined for an incomprehensible 118 shots. Underyew has started the season at over a point-per-game pace, and he expects to improve as the season goes along. The team looks to improve defensively, having given up 39 goals in 10 games, despite above-average goaltending.
