HAPPY SUNDAY! Hope anyone reading this is doing well - are safe, happy and healthy! Final day off and going to try and enjoy it to the fullest. This upcoming week is going to be incredibly busy for myself at work and we're going to be hit with a heat wave of mid-30 C temperatures which are gonna cause some potential unsafe issues at work that we'll have to be on the look out for. Very, very thankful we went out a few weeks ago and upgraded the old A/C (got a bigger, better one). Still jealous of the people that have central A/C in their houses. I've had it once and it was amazing. It is on my bucket list for future houses - I honestly don't care the cost, lol. Now, onto some blabbing. Malmo defeated Helsinki, lol. I could leave it at that, or even the "lol", and get my point across. I'm not saying Malmo isn't a deserving team, but they're also not a good one imo. Helsinki was easily the better team (so was Riga etc) and I think Malmo is definitely playing off some luck and whatever else they got going on. Hope the players enjoy the ride on Malmo!! DCD beat NYA. I'd say this was slightly surprising but I'm not very up to date on the Dragons. Either way, I am somewhat of an anti-NY kinda member so I am okay with this. I also don't mind the dragons and don't care if they win or lose so it's not too shabby here. Dragons V Chicago. That one will be interesting. I'd say most people say Chicago but they probably said that last season against LA too! Seattle plays Calgary. Good team. Good opposing GM on the other line. Seattle had a much better season but now the season doesn't matter too, too much. I'd say Seattle's depth and all of that is either a little equal or bit better (you can see in the regular season stats etc). Either way, STHS will have it's way I know it's not going to be an easy series - win or lose. I always have some sneaky, bad vibes and I have some here again! Calgary is a good team and one I'm happy beating or one I don't mind losing to as I'm in their corner! Good luck to you all.
