In fights this season! Yes that's right league superstar scoring defenseman Guntis Gavilrovs has beaten down 4 opponents this season and has yet to lose any of his 6 fights. With 20 goals that leads all defenseman and 12 powerplay goals to lead the entire league, along with his 62 points and 186 hits Gavilrovs is proving to be not only one of the top few defenseman in the league in talent but also in toughness. He even beat up two Calgary Wranglers in the same game after they dared touch his teammate Pierre Marc Bouchard. A rare breed of elite offense and brutal physical defense Gavilrovs is having an absolutely huge season for the first place Vancouver Wolves. With a record of 34-8 winning 9 of their last 10 the Wolves are beginning to pull away from Calgary in the standings. We have to think after watching Vancouver beat up 3 of their players in a recent game it broke their spirit a bit. Gavilrovs and Vancouver are in full control right now having their way with the league, we are looking at a very special season for the Wolves and many of their players are having career years. It will be exciting to see how they play in the remaining 26 games and where Gavilrovs and others end up in points and peripherals. We could be seeing numerous Wolves in the conversation for Awards this year but one award is the most important and that's defending their cup!

1. I think it's usually Seattle, but they stink this year so it's more Calgary especially with the recent bench clearing brawl where we beat all their players up and I beat two guys up at once. 2. It changes game to game, there's usually a player Guntis hates on every team so hard to choose one. 3. Yes because we have been flip flopping with them for #1 most of the season in the standings, but they are generally a small and weak team who loses fights, so can't really rival us, but they've been winning games and won't go away 4. They try and jinx each other with voodoo dolls 5. I have no idea but hopefully is easy 6. Something easy something about the team 7. Fantastic, was a great time of hockey and awesome rivalry games.

1. Big fan of the world juniors, I was happy to see Latvia do so well (sorry Canada). Yes I think the US was the best team in the tourney this year, was an exciting gold medal game. 2. Canada should always be the best, so I do think there is an issue with management and they need to make changes and medal next year. 3. We are the best so I did expect this and I expect us to finish #1 at the end of the season but Calgary are being jerks and won't go away. 4. Gotta give to my guy Bollos de Trueno he has been sensational! 5. Im not surpised by anyone because we are all great, but Bollos leading the team in scoring from D is a bit unexpected, yes very impressive. 6. I think we will win some awards, would be great to see Bollos and Guntis win both D awards and I think Soju could win the goalie award.

All Points Bulletin issued on Vancouver's Pierre Marc Bouchard because he's murdering the competition and nobody can stop him. The guy is on a ridiculous pace and people need to take notice! 25 points through 16 games he is absolutely killing it this season, he may even have an actual murder under his belt, I don't know if we could prove it, but it wouldn't surprise me at the rate he's going. PMB is on pace for 112 points, yes one hundred and twelve. I wrote it out so it has even more effect. He's leading the best team in the league "The Champion Vancouver Wolves" in points and is clearly having a big break out season. 7 goals, 18 assists for 25 points also has him 6th in the entire VHL in points and he's not even in his prime yet! Hard to imagine how good this guy will be in another couple seasons when he peaks! I'd be nervous if I were other teams and players in the league but luckily PMB is on my team so I can just sit back and watch him light up opposing teams, usually Seattle, especially since they aren't as good as us. Vancouver is currently 1st in the NA Conference and the entire league with a record of 12-2-2, yes twelve wins, two losses and two overtime losses. This means they've earned points in 14 of 16 games this season, pretty impressive. I'd be impressed if I was another team, but not more impressed than I already am because I'm part of this awesome team with fantastic players from top to bottom and even in net. Did I mention Vancouver has a +22 goal differential as well? Ok glad I got that out there. Big Ups to my guy Pierre Marc Bouchard for his awesome start to the season and looking forward to more of this over the next 56 games! @Gaikoku-hito

You should write about my player next week, quick recap, stats, etc. Your welcome for the idea

1. I would love to represent Latvia at any international tournament, I've been a part of the World cup for team eastern europe which is cool also. 2. I had some great memories in the VHLE so was sad to see it go, I can't say yet if it was a good or bad decision. I think next time I have a player come up I will be able to answer this better. 3. My pre-game hype song is Killing in the Name by RATM -- Questions: 1. How is your player doing so far this season what's your stats? 2. How is your team doing so far this season will you make playoffs? 3. Carb-loading before games, good or bad idea, why?

The S96 Continental Cup Champion Vancouver Wolves started season 97 on fire with 4 wins in 5 games, 22 goals scored and a +9 goal differential. No question this team is back strong and ready to defend their title. Leading scorer on the team Bollos de Trueno (yes you read that right) has 9 points in 5 games, all assists and is looking like a real beauty out there this season. Fellow Dman Guntis Gavilrovs is absolutely murdering it also with 4 goals, 4 assists and 23 hits through 5 games as well. Both look like they are in line for big break out seasons offensively which will be huge for the Wolves getting back to the finals. Offensive star players Logan Ninefingers and Riley Martin are once again looking dominant with each with 8 points through 5 games and combining for 8 goals as well. These two are both on my fantasy team so I expect continued greatness out of them. Oh and that superstar under the radar guy Pierre Marc Bouchard has 9 points in 5 games to tie Bollos for the team lead, he's an absolute wizard out there. Did we mention Matteo Stefano has 6 points in 5 games, 3 goals 3 assists and looks to be in line for a break out as well! Jesus this team is good and we haven't even mentioned star goalie Soju who I won't jinx by discussing his numbers, lol. Let's not forget our Wolves newcomers Eno Velvson, 6 points in 5 games, Celise Pereria, 4 points in 5 games and our two new blueliners Einar Methiasin, 2 assists, Srungle Bungle +7! Man this team has no weakness. Can't wait to see what we can do this season! That said there's 4 other teams in the NA Conference that look very strong as well, but for now Vancouver is in first so we're pretty stoked with this start!

S97 Vancouver Wolves Captains ( a Christmas Story?)

Great write up! Honored to wear an A on this team! -
1. Baby Jesus is small and could fit down the chimney easier but he's a baby and would probably shit is pants, so it's risky. 2. He would get me my rival Grimgor Ironhide wife's number because I saw her eyeing me as I skated around with the cup after we beat them in the finals. 3. Bollos de Trueno gifted me some of his beard clippings. I'm going to put them in a jar on my mantle. 4. Christmas Story 5. The one from saturday night live with the mini guitar 6. Yes we eat a lot and all take naps 7. I had Logan Ninefingers, I sent him my Meghan Fox nudes. 8. Poopdolph
