Did Stopko get onto Calgary as a result of Stockholm folding and their players going to Calgary?

Yes. 'Technically' Calgary was the team that was annexed in the retraction, along with Cologne. But, to avoid losing their history, Stockholm was the city to get retracted, and the players were all moved to Calgary.
