Today's the day boys and Wendy! Bring 'er home!

(Minneapolis, MN) The stage is set and the Minnesota Storm are in the driver's seat with the series returning to home ice. They split the first two home games with the 21st, but went into Halifax and cleaned house taking both games and any bit of momentum Halifax had remaining from their lone win in Min. To add insult to injury the Storm won the 2nd game in Halifax rather easily, rounding out the night with a 6-2 victory and Shane Mars registering the Founder's Cup finals hat trick! Last night the city was relaxed and peaceful, a calm before the STORM you could say! As the city wakes up this morning the parking lots are filling up and fans are unloading their grills and baggo boards to kick off the possible Founder's Cup victory party with some good ol' fashioned Midwest tailgating as the sun is peaking up. The brats are sizzling, brews are cracking and bags are flying as the mood is as optimistic and lighthearted as they come for the fans that compile the sea of red that is clearly visible to air-traffic passing overhead. Can the Minny players bring home the cup tonight or will Hailfax take another game in MN and extend the series to a game 6. Only once the puck drops will the rest of this story be written.

Not surprised, knew Hali was going to be tough and has been for us all season long. Not worried though, they took one from us, no reason we can't return the favor. LETS GO MINNY!

WOW What a series!! Hopefully the boys are spent by the time they hit the ice in Minny!

1. With us easily making it to the final who do you think we will play? I think its going to be Hali, and I sure as hell hope they don't have it out for us like they did in the beginning of the season.

2. How easily do you think we will beat them? Let's not get ahead of ourselves, there are a lot of strong players capable of great performances on both remaining teams we could face. Plus the way STHS has been going lately nothing would surprise me at this point.

3. Would we have a easier or harder time with the team they beat? I think we'd have an easier time with Houston based on our meetings throughout the regular season. For some reason Hali has given us trouble this year, especially in the beginning of the season.

4. Our teams Playoff MVP? WHY? Aron Nielsen, kids been a game-changer for us this post-season. Not that he hasn't had a great season overall, just seems like he's really coming into his own during the post season and is the extra boost we need to bring home the cup!

5. Our regular season MVP? WHY? I want to say Shane Mars, comparable stats on the offensive end with Orion, but a touch more reliable on defense. It's really a toss up between Orion, Shane Mars & Denver though if you ask me.

6. If Orion is a true superhero... of sorts. What super power do you hope he has? Some lightning quik speed like the Flash!

Great bio. This has a little bit of everything, one of the better written pieces I've read as far as bios go on here. Nice photos, grammar and intrigue to keep the read interesting. Excited to see what the future has in store for Scoringsonn.

This is shaping up to be quite the series to watch! Playoff hockey at its finest!!

Bert Meyers is in some kinda funk here as of lately, hopefully he turns it around and it doesn't hurt our cup chances!

@rjfryman I want to say part of it is having some solid forwards to start the season, the other part is a number of our free agents managed to cap at 200 as well or get damn close. The TPE on this team is pretty unreal right now, but I also don't have a lot of history or previous knowledge of the league so I don't know if this happens very often.

Also our mid season trades to bring in a respectable goalie was really a game changer and has Kandee's been an asset all season for us!

HHH is on his game in the FO circle for this one, Bert Meyers had a less than impressive showing on the dot!

The goalie show, both goalies blanking the opposition in regulation, that's unheard of! What a game though, excited to see how the rest unfolds!
