  1. Review: Not bad and I like it. I like the effects and filter placed over it and it all works together to make a visually appealing graphic. I just noticed a few small things that I know I would change if I created the graphic. One of them is having the black line in the text and eyes parallel to each other. They're a bit of an odd choice to add to the graphic but I think making them parallel would seem pretty cool. Another I would do is a slight change to the colour of the word Ottawa. It seems to be a blue right now that doesn't match with the rest of the graphic. 7/10
  2. 56. SCOTTY CAMPBELL. He played against nobodies and put up good numbers. Big whoop! He is a below average player in any other era. 52. Good, we're a really good team and I'm a good player. 53. Even better. I've played the majority of my time in the VHL here and I've had good times doing it. 50. I dont name it. Hulk Hogan says no to drinking brother. Always drink your water though. 47. 1 toe of bear. 2 tounge of dragon. everything nice. beav's last remaining hair. 51. Finally getting a week of "rest". I've been pretty busy for the past two and this week isn't as bad, I think.
  3. Currently Seattle stands at an impressive 19-3-1. The only other team to stand close to this is Riga at 18-2-3. Both of these teams seem to be immediate favourites to win the cup. Riga currently holds the best goal differential with a 42 compared to Seattle's 40. Riga has a strong team offensively with Miklav leading the way at 47 points while Johnson and Sandstrom have both reached the 40 mark. Nobody on Seattle has hit the 40 point mark yet, with Chara leading the team at 38. Riga seems to be a better team defensively with more shot blocks and depth hitting while Seattle is a more top heavy hitting team with league bad guy Vinny Detroit in their ranks. Goalies wise, Seattle has the lead as Em Em Flex leads the league in goals against and has a solid .927. In comparison, Riga has Tobias Reinhart in net who boasts a 2.09 goals against and a .924. Overall, it seems as if these two teams will be battling all season and potentially into the playoffs.
  4. Review: I think this article is a good piece that showcases a lot of the league. I love seeing when somebody has something to say about my player and even though Hogan 2 wasn't mentioned here, a lot of others were. Especially as a newer member in the VHLM or VHLE, it's really nice to see somebody on Bana's level acknowledge you and I think articles like this really help people stick around. The formatting is nice with how it breaks down into the three leagues in bulleted points and subtitles. The grammar and structure of everything is as expected as you post many articles similar to this one. I'm not always a fan of adding personal thoughts into media spots but it works well here as it was done all throughout. 9/10
  5. As far as I know I started the whole pride month logo's in the VHL. Realistically I wasn't the first to ever do it but I think in 2019? or 2020 I made some when I noticed there was none and ever since then they've been around every year. I made mine to show that there was somebody in the VHL who was there to support our members in the community. I think that's all I've seen it as. I had some teammates before that were members of the LGTBQ community and I figured it was a small way to show them that I care about that them. I'm not sure if we have anyone in the league right who is being affected by the Ukrainian conflict in a large way right now but I think them seeing all this support would be a small benefit to them. Just knowing this many people are here for you can mean something to people.
  6. 40. Tigers, cheetas and elephants. You get size, speed and hunting ability to kill any animals and run the world essentially. 41. One of the recent dynasty teams like Seattle or Vancouver. Probably not Vancouver though because if they were real they'd have doping scandals. 42. Introduce brocoli, trees and the hulk to hockey. Anything green would work. 43. Nothing major, I think the portal does a good job at having things organized in a simple way. Maybe just a small change of the homepage to be more appealing could be nice. 44. I actually know nothing about ACDC so Ill just make up some lyrics. "4 TIME WINNERS AND THEYRE BACK TO DO IT AGAIN, SEATTLE BEARS ALWAYS HERE TO WINNNNN". Do that in a screaming voice to make it sound cool. 45. Seattle Bears and winning. Thats it. 46. Rookie Scotty Campbell. Same as Gretzky's. Nobody understood how many points they'd rack up against random plumbers and cashiers the other teams had.
  7. 20. Right now I think I can be a bit better than last season, I still have to work on my player and should be even better by next season. 21. Good, in the past 2 seasons I've been apart of a good team and have had a lot of good teammates. Overall, its been even better. This is my 10th season playing for Seattle in my time in the VHL and I've had lots of success and fun. 22. 71-1. Maybe. But really we should be a pretty strong team. We have a lot of young players and some top guys who are all great. 25. I've always wanted to hear the actual thoughts behind the Horcrux story, I cant think of the real users name but I just want to know why. 26. Oh brother you know I can save myself and grab that 20 grand brother. 28. In school right now we're making a presentation with hopes of beating some other teams to go to the nationals or whatever they're called.

  15. 10. I didn't really pay attention to it as it was happening. Looking back, I recognize only a few names and see that Seattle didn't make any selections. 11. Only paid any attention to Seattle, Aj was a big signing and I hope he'll be a large contributor on our team. 13. Us, we simply have the best players and the best build. Not to mention the best history. 14. A lottery, everyone tries to guess a number between 1-10000 and has one entry per season, if somebody gets it right they get 500 tpe. 16. Seattle Mighty Bears, the logo is already made it would be an easy transition. 18. Not a movie, but as a kid stupid things stuck out to me. Youtube videos or those little chain mail stories would scare the shit out of me, not sure why.
  16. Hey
  17. 1. I like it. I've seen a lot of diversity in builds so far and I think it will result in less scoring. I just hope I perform. 2. I built my player to focus heavily on moving the puck and defense, like I had originally intended when I joined the VHL. 4. That's a big move, we needed a center. I figured we would have some wingers play center but having Chara switch to D is really nice and rounds out the team. 5. Big trade, should be big for the team. Like I said, the team is well rounded out and this season is about figuring out how everything works. 7. Hulk Hogan's Vitamins. Always say your vitamins and take your prayer brother. 8. Nothing really related to the spring. But I'm nearing finishing high school so that's cool.

  19. Review: Really good graphic and usage of color. The fading of the sky using the colors on the jersey works great together and is nice to look at. The use of the beach setting paired with a Florida panthers player and the colors all worked together to create a visually appealing graphic. I think the text and trees are also a good usage of color. They are both similar to the players darker equipment (helmet, glove etc.) The way the water lines up with Tomas is well done and the Sogaard has a bit of a water look to it. One thing I'd like to see is the size of the render. As the old saying goes, no hips in the graphic. I think it would look a bit better with a slightly larger graphic, still showing the helmet and hip to match the color of trees and text. 9/10
