1. The Draft is over, how do you feel about this season's Las Vegas Aces? We got many picks, we could be a great team in the next couple seasons 2. What song would you like our fans to sing after a home-ice win? Ace of Spades by Motorhead 6. What are your thoughts on the two new expansion teams? They look pretty cool, I think I prefer Prague's branding 7. Tell me something the GM and AGM should know about you. I don't seem to be active but I pop out every now and then to get tpe. 9. What is the first thing you did when you landed in Vegas? Gambling of course 10. Beer, wine or spirits - what is your choice for celebrating a start of a new season? Definitely beer.

1. What is your inspiration on playing hard in the league? Getting my name on the scoresheet is what drives me. 2. Have you found it hard to get a start in the league scoring wise? I've yet to be drafted, but I expect it to be difficult, since the other players will be much better than me. 3. Have you had any issues so far with your current team? Not drafted yet, but I haven't had problems with anyone so far, everyone is pretty chill 4. If you could pick to be on any team who would it be? It would be either Halifax or Ottawa, simply because they are both near where I live 5. Who is your favorite player in the league and what makes that player stand out the most for you? I guess Rauno Palo. I really like how he ended the season with that many points. He's the kind of player I want mine to be. 6. Is there a specific player or players that you would love to play with? I guess him, I would like to learn from him 7. What type of player do you consider yourself and is that the goal you had set coming into the league? I'll rephrase that as what type of player am I aiming to be next season. I want to be scoring a lot, maybe even getting top of the league. 8. What do you love training the most for your on ice experience? I love shooting targets. It helps with my precision. 9. If you could fix your current teams logo/name what would you like to see? I don't have a team, but if I had to change a team's logo, I guess I would modernize Halifax's. I think it looks a little too flat and could maybe be changed. 10. Do you wish to stay with your team even if they finish the season early? Depends on the situation, but usually I would say yes.

1. If you've formed a connection with any member outside of your own team, who is it and why? If you haven't, has anyone stood out to you as someone you'd like to get to know? I haven't really had time to make connections, but I've talked a little bit with @McWolf and he seemed pretty cool. I'm looking forward to meeting more people 2. What's the most well-done point task you've completed this season? If you're new, do you have any big plans for future submissions? I'm going to see what I can do with the time that I will have. With enough time, I would really like to do some graphics. 3. Describe what's good about this league in five words or fewer. Easy updating through portal 4. Do you know of any VHL players whose build you may want to emulate in the future? If not, find one, and say who it is here. I want to build an high scoring player. If I had to compare it to a VHL player, I guess it would be Rauno Palo 5. Look at the roster of Vancouver, as well as Helsinki and Riga (or, if the series is over by the time you answer, either Helsinki or Riga, depending on who won) and predict who will get the Cup in the finals. Well the playoffs are done, so this question is pointless. I guess I could say that I'm not that surprised, considering Vancouver had a great roster, including Rauno Paulo 6. If you could control where the latest expansion team were to go, where would you put it and what would you name it? I'm from Quebec, so I would like it to be in the province. My proposition is the Montreal Patriotes.

McWolf reacted to a post in a topic: Logan LeBlanc's Rookie Profile [1/2]

Name: Logan LeBlanc Age: 18 Height: 6'3" Weight: 160 lbs Position: LW Birthplace: Bathurst, New Brunswick, Canada Summary Logan LeBlanc was born in the little city of Bathurst, in Canada. LeBlanc is the second youngest of his 3 other brothers, so he was constantly trying to stand out. This shows in his play style. LeBlanc is a flashy, but hardworking player. When he's having a good game, you'll see him all over the score sheet. But if he's not in a good vibe, Logan ends up being frustrated and not producing well. Fortunately, these kind of games don't happen often, because of LeBlanc's perseverance. It's not easy to get under his skin, but when he's annoyed, it's impossible for him to get over it. Strengths LeBlanc excels mostly on the offensive end. He is consistently on the scoresheet because of 3 main strengths : Shooting : LeBlanc stands out from the other players with his quik and precise wrist shot. He can really punish out of position goalies by shooting right where they can't stop it. He also has a decent slap shot, but he goes more for the wrist shot. He is a decent goal scorer that almost gets a goal a game. Passing : Logan is also a player that is able to create plays very easily. He knows very well when to shoot it on net and when to pass it around. LeBlanc is a generous teammate even if he likes to score. If the shoot is unlikely to score, LeBlanc will rather pass it around than try his luck. Puck Handling : LeBlanc's third biggest strength is also something that helps him out on the offense. He displayed many that his sweet hands. He can get passed defensemen quite easily in the offensive zone. Weaknesses Well,no one is perfect, and LeBlanc is no exception. He's got 3 main weaknesses. Strength : LeBlanc isn't really a strong guy, he actually shaped like a stick. Quite tall, but not really built, with only 160 pounds. So, after an hit, he probably won't be standing up on his skates. It's something he will need to work on if he wants to play in the big leagues. Checking : This one kinda goes hand in hand with the other weakness. Because LeBlanc is a lightweight, he can't really hit hard. He can only do little bumps to other players. Even worse, he sometimes tries so hard to hit that he ends up taking himself out rather than taking out the other player. Not really what you want in defense. Fighting : It's not that much of a big deal, but LeBlanc is not really a fighter. He's never really done it on the ice and he doesn't plan on doing it. If it ever happens, it was purely impulsive and probably dumb Conclusion Now that we've seen a brief profile of Logan LeBlanc, we can have a better view of who he is on the ice. He looks to be promising in the offensive zone, but he will have a lot of work to do on the physical side if he wants to make it in the big league. Regardless, he's still looking to be a decent prospect. 532 words

Going to answer these since the others don't really apply to me 1) Since it's not been too long since you've joined the league, what are thoughts on the league so far as a whole? Looks like a lot of fun, looking forward to it 2) Are there any areas in the league that you would like to see a change/improvement? An actual dark mode, my eyes are bleeding currently 3) The VHLM Newsletter launched earlier this week, did you read it and was it helpful to you? I did not read it, but will do now. From what I read quickly, it seemed really helpful and I will read it frequently. 4) What are your aims this season in the VHLM? I aim to progress well and become a better player. I think that winning is secondary and that my main focus is going to be to develop and get better. 5) Who do you consider to be the favourite for the VHLM Founders Cup? I have a bit of an advantage on this because the playoffs are currently under way, but I think that it will be the Ottawa Lynx, just because they seem to have good scoring players and two solid keepers. 6c) If a GM were to make you an offer, what kind of player would they be getting? (If you're currently unaffiliated). I'm want to be a completely offensive minded forward. I want to be a top scoring kind of player.
