It's rare but happens. Glade being the most recent example, was technically still active but had no-showed so many drafts in a row among other issues that we had to remove him. As I said though, it is rare. We try to pick our GM's well in advance so that we don't run into any issues.

I forgot how old I was getting. I’ll be fine. I’m only planning on 10 TPA more anyway and first depreciation doesn’t hit hard.

We have no intention of expanding at the moment (we would also need 2, once for each conference, keep in mind. Montreal has always been high on my list of wants as a location that is probably too big for the VHLM but just hasn't happened in the VHL. Again though, we have no need or want to expand right now so it's all theorhetical anyway.
