Mostly I'm excited to see who is the 11th pick, which is directly after the 8th pick, and starts out the 11 picks contained in the second round.

I think that's just Seattle's thing? I don't get it, I think it's dumb, but I guess that's some sort of strategy move. Same as Tampa Bay Bucs saying they love Jameis Winston so anybody who wants him will have to severely overpay, albeit in a more dickish way.
