It still might be pain in the ass to do lines when you have 4F 3D or even 3 each. The only thing that might save this is having more bottom six/second pair players. And LR's also could be less active in teams that were competing before. What about some inactive UFA btw? (250-300 TPE, not fillers) Also a bidding war with no limits?

It would create some parity, but it's not going to be fun to have like 6-7 players on a team, especially if majority of UFA's would care only about cash. It could work if your 6th suggestion get a pass, but as for the 10-team league...I'm not sure about it.

I also want to clarify: this means no one from both players can be traded to other teams even for a season when the team stops to compete? @STZ I mean if you aren't happy with other GM being on your team's LR, take the perms off then.

I'm really curious, was there a GM who exploited this for his team's good since the PP2 was implemented? Idk, this thing might seem dumb, but I don't think I've ever had much problems with it.

Another problem with these bio and RP is they're once per career thing. Once again, I'll look at another league (this time EFL) cause their career PT system is more unique and has more than just only bio and RP. Dunno if it helps for activity though, they're also just for TPE and not having replies and even reviews. But yeah, they're not interesting lately.
