    My man @Beaviss deserves some tpe for organizing the youtube ad that brought us all these great prospects! I'm thinking a lump sum of 10 tpe would be a good reward! We want positive reinforcement with recruiting!

      I agree that it was a marvellous idea but he’s already paid the full 12 cap per week for recruiting efforts. This is exactly the kind of thing we already pay him for.
