  1. Robert Gow III Forward +/- Points Wow I had a terrible season.
  2. RGIII Rookie Profile Robert Gow III’s VHL career started during the trade deadline of Season 34, when he applied for the VHLM waiver wire. RGIII would have applied for the Season 34 VHLM Dispersal Draft, but he had to rehab from a torn ACL. Upon entry into the VHLM, RGIII received little playing time as he was joining a stacked team in the Minot Gladiators. RGIII was delegated to the third line during the Gladiator’s playoff run, largely due to his lack of defensive ability. In Season 35, RGIII was drafted by the Ottawa Lynx with the sixth overall pick due to his offensive potential. However, RGIII has had an abysmal Season 35, netting only 10 goals and 17 assists. While RGIII’s stats may be low, he is still shining with potential and may even break out during Ottawa’s playoff run. Strengths Skating: RGIII is arguably the fastest skater in the VHLM, and his speed will only continue to improve as he grows into his maturing body. The most exciting part of RGIII’s speed is his acceleration; He routinely turns seemingly normal plays into breakaways or odd-man rushes. His speed can also come in handy on defense through breaking up passes or stopping a potential breakaway. Puck-Handling: RGIII’s puck-handling is very efficient. He doesn’t have the most dazzling moves, but he is also able to put himself in a good position against the opposing defender. RGIII’s puck-handling abilities really shine when he sets up shop behind the opposing team’s net. He is often likened to Danny Briere for his ability ram wrap arounds in the net or pass one-timers to teammates. Hockey IQ: Being born into the highly intelligent Gow family, RGIII naturally has a very high hockey IQ (it’s rumored that he was born on the ice of a hockey rink). Gow’s intellect results in very few turnovers, as he always seems to know where his teammates and opponents are. RGIII’s hockey IQ also comes into play in setting up potential breakaways. He often baits the other team into passing to a defender on the point, then steals the puck and creates a breakaway or odd-man rush. Weaknesses Defense: Because RGIII has such natural offensive abilities he often takes risks in the defensive zone that can cost his team. Gow has caused frustration and grey hairs among many of his coaches due to his inability to hold even a semblance of a defensive mindset. He will often leave his man uncovered in hopes of creating a big play such as an interception. Until a coach can beat defensive reasonability into Gow’s head, it will continue to remain his greatest liability. Size: At 5 ft. 10 in, and weighing just 175 pounds, RGIII is one of the lighter players in the league. This often leads to him getting knocked off some pucks that larger power forwards would be able to keep. His size is also a liability in the defensive zone as sometimes he is outmuscled by an opponent in the slot. Lastly, RGIII’s lighter frame could lead to potential injury problems down the road as he is not built to take many shots from opponents. Shooting: While most talented goal-scorers have rocket shots, most of RGIII’s goals come from working down low behind the net. While Gow has decent shot accuracy, he has below-average shot power due to his weak frame and some technique issues. This leads to an inability to create many rebounds or power the puck through the goalie. RGIII’s shooting technique may be improved in the future, but his shot power never is going to be a great strength.

  4. You should hire me because I am good at art.
  5. USA will win because we have a goalie who makes saves on the field.
  6. Content: 3/3 - Jeevan Samuelson for some reason is really racking up the points this year, it seems him and Robin make a good duo. As far as Robin's defensive capabilities go, maybe the Ice Dogs Lynx are just spending too much time in the other team's zone to play much defense. Grammar: 2/2 - Good. Appearance: 1/1 - Looks aight. Final: 6/6 Overall: 6/6
  7. Content: 3/3 - Funny article, I didn't know the VHL had so many people doing illegal activities. Poor Landry seems to always be beat up or having something else bad occur. Grammar: 2/2 - Couldn't find anything else. Appearance: 1/1 - I like the pictures. Overall: 6/6 Final: 6/6
  8. I hate the Pats, but that was interference. While it looked uncatchable, who knows with how much of an athlete with Gronk is.
  9. I also think Luck is up there with Newton and Rodgers. Obviously not as good a thrower as Rodgers, but he is a pocket passer who can be very mobile. Luck also has to carry his offense with average receivers and a not very good o line.
  10. I apply. I understand that the most important part of being a VHLM GM is keeping the locker room active and making the newbies happy and entertained. Retaining new players is espicially important since we lost some people from switching websites. If I were to be a GM I'd also plan on winning some championships too
  11. If you want to hire Edgar that's fine, but you didn't wait to see if anyone else would apply? It hasn't even been 2 hours, what if other people just haven't seen this yet and wanted to apply?
  12. I'd like to apply. I know the most important part of being GM is having a fun locker room and keeping the newbies happy, so I'll do my best to make that happen. Also I would take the Gladiators to the cup
  13. Content: 3/3 - Funny article, I liked the shot at Jardy I also always like the little ending you leave at the end of your articles. Grammar: 2/2 - sreppuY Appearance: 1/1 - I like the pictures. Final: 6/6 Overall: 6/6
  14. I was surprised not only with his stupid decisions, but how inaccurate RGIII was. The Redskins only had 3 passing yards after 3 quarters.
  15. Lol RG3-7, Eagles in first place, who woulda thunk.
  16. Ottawa Lynx Auction Used Gear for Charity Because the members of the Season 35 Ottawa Lynx are such amazing people, people will spend an absurd amount of money in order to own previous Lynx memorabilia. Jim Gow, the greedy GM of the Lynx, wanted all Ice Dogs memorabilia to be sold for profit with all the money entering his pockets. The Lynx unanimously disagreed with Mr. Gow’s decision and decided to sell all their old equipment to benefit various charities. The following are the items that were somehow auctioned for a ridiculous amount of money. Mike Szatkowski Jr.’s First Game Goalie Stick - $50,000 Who would spend $50,000 on a hockey stick? If you guessed Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones, you guessed right! While Mr. Jones is not a fan of the Lynx or hockey in general, he has been looking for a new defensive coordinator. Jones believes that Szatkowski Jr.’s stick is the best option available at the present, and has offered his stick a 20 year deal believed to have $100 million guaranteed. Robin Gow’s Gatorade Bottle - $35,000 We don’t know the full identity of the man who bought Gow’s Gatorade bottle, but we do know the man’s first name was Victor and he looked to be around 70 years old. Victor then said something about needing a drink from getting tired from 10 minute walks into “town.” This was the last time the world will ever see Victor. Brennan McQueen’s Empty Bubble Pack - $45,000 This was the oddest auction of the night, as the price kept going higher and higher with only one bidder. Thomas Landry, HC Davos Dynamo’s star forward, was bidding against himself for over 15 minutes. Upon purchasing this valuable bubble gum pack, Landry looked sad and threw the pack in the trash. It was later discovered that Landry believed the bubble gum pack to be a musket cartridge, as Landry is known to own a musket and be obsessed with the American Civil War. Robin Gow’s First Lynx Jersey - $0.01 It turns out that no one wanted Robin Gow’s jersey, which was purchased out of pity by New York Americans GM Ryan Sullivan. When asked what he would do with Robin’s jersey, Mr. Sullivan said, “I needed a new rag to clean off all the trophies New York has.” We’re not sure if Robin would see this to be offensive, but we’re not going to rag on him too much. Robert Gow III’s Custom Xbox Controller - $500,000 By now, the world is aware of how great of a Call of Duty player RGIII is; He is widely known as the best Cod player in the world, and has the most kills on Team Optic. The purchaser of RGIII’s controller was his father, Austin Gow, who said he was really proud of his son’s video gaming ability. In honor of being so good at shooting virtual terrorists, the $500,000 was donated to the Alien Invasion Defense Agency, an organization that hopes to prepare the world for an alien invasion by 2020.
  17. Content: 3/3 - I remember making fun of you last season for only having 2 hits last season, and both came in that one game. Good to see Landry is becoming a physical player and I think you'll become a very good player. Grammar: 2/2 - I did this on my other account Appearance: 1/1 - Looks good. Overall: 6/6 Final: 6/6
