That is an awesome idea! Just wish you had told me about five years earlier so I could have Applied it to my own college studies…

really nice to see that this fun site helps you with your productivity! Maybe I should try to implement your strategy into my own life.

it sort of feels like a chore to gain TPE but of the completion of it gives us a sense of accomplishment VHL might actually help us in real life too!!

thank you for a great idea, I’ll try to look at it the same way as you do! 😁

thank you for this guide, was the first one I read when I got into this site. It really helped me get a clear overview of the site and how to gain tpe. It is really well written and extremely easy to follow.
I like the way you yard pictures to show how to do Every single step. Without this post I would be conpletely lost!

i’ve had to come back here a couple of times so I thought it was about time for me to thank you!

    1.  Do you think the trades we made were a good decision?
    2. Are you more or less motivated compared to your start here?
    3. If you could make a new method to get tpe what would it be(can be uncapped or capped)
    4. Do you think there is something missing in the LR?
    5. Do you think all the things are a bit to complicated when your completely new to the league?
    6. Are you interested in the olympics, if yes/no why?

    1.  I think it was a good idea to go for the next season instead since we’re not competing for any trophies this year anyway.

    2. About the same, starting to get a grip on it !
    3. I wouldn’t mind getting points for articles or similar that might be related to hockey but not necissarely about vhl.

    4. not sure what LR is.

    5. Yea I think so, maybe there should be an easier way for new players to get tpe.

    6. Yes, I’m writing this just when the third period of Sweden-canada is about to start! Go Sweden!

  4. Hi!

about last weeks trivia questions. I answered both questions correctly but did not recieve the points for it if I am not misstaken. If I am reading the two forwarded pictures correct I should have 90 tpe but as you can see my total tpe is only 88. The trivia questions show up in my tpe list as approved but I was never able to add them. Is this a known problem or did it just happen to me? And if it’s known, is there any way to fix it?

picture of my approved updates and my total tpe:F5106FA8-A493-41A3-8E5A-E9DBC0DE9BFA.thumb.png.7340e21e1169f66e3c24e139ff0f5dbc.png61AA8A2D-1DCA-4974-9150-3A352F8796CC.thumb.png.b2459eecb2012a10c99463a148dd2b22.png

78+10+2 should add up to 90 but I currently only have 88 with no points left to spare.

  5. Hi!

I’m just curious of this has happened to a lot of people and of it might be a big or just me missunderstanding the process.

I started the trivia questions and got two questions of the hall of fame. I had never been there before so it was quite fun to just explore the different awards! I spent more time then needed in there but it was fun to look through some of the former winners careers. Would be cool to be named in one of those rewards one day but I think I have a long way to go and probably a reset before that 😂

i eventually looked up the info I needed and answered them both correctly but did not get any points for it. I can see them under approved updates but no points for me to spend on my player. Is this a bug or did I miss some step in the process?

  6. Hello everybody! Would just love to share my excitement and experience from the first day on the site!

I found the site through a hockey-youtuber and I got intrested immediately! I signed up and created my player without reading the FAQs(yikes).

I then got signed by Missisauga Hounds and as I speak I have already played my first game and contributed with my first two assist :D I hassled a bit with where to find the scores but when I eventually found it and saw my own name in the score sheets I was really happy. And we also managed to get a win but unfortunately that was the only game I didn't score any points.

It was a lot of information to gather but with the great help of the GM and AGM and spending hours reading up on the How to-section I think I'm starting to get a grasp of the site and how it works. I'm lookking forward to this experience and hoping that I will be able to grow my player the coming weeks, months and years!

As a beginner of this forum I'm currently browsing around and trying to figure out how to get around the site, checking out the leagues and getting my first sweet TPE! I stumbled across your post and it made me really happy to see that there is a Hall of fame included in here. I have to check that out right after I post this revied :D extremely detailed and well researched articlem thank you for that! It wouldn't hurt with a bit more text management so all the text isn't just stacked together, but that's just me being picky! great read :D

  8. Just joined the league today and I gotta say that I feel the same way you probably felt day one! I'm super excited for this coming experience but it's quite a lot of info to get a grip on. but thank you for giving me hope that I one day will understand it all :D The draft times sound so thrilling! really looking forward to be drafted and all the preparation for it. I found it really cool that it's streamed on twitch. I will probably follow it live though I'm in an entirely different time zone!

    1. With the season starting very soon what do you see this team doing?

    2. Whats your impression of the management so far?

    3. Do you already have an plan for your build?, if yes what?

    4. Was there a specific reason for you to join us and not an other team instead?

    5. Who is your favourite sportsman irl(doesnt hab´ve to be a hockey player)?

    6. Do you have a goal, on what tpe you wanna be at the end of the season?

    1. Since I'm completely new I'm not really sure I'm able to answer that but I'm hoping we'll do great and I'll try my best to help!

    2. I've only been in contact with Ente this far and he's been extremely helpful and patiently helping me with all my questions. Sorry for blasting you with them!

    3. Actually no, I have no idea what I'm doing and I will try to adopt on the way. But I wouldn't mind being a skillful passer.

    4. Yea. You were quick to reply to my post and made a good first impression. The thought of a rebuild sounded intresting and hopefully a bit more time on ice!

    5. If I'm allowed to pick a retired one it's my childhood idol Peter Forsberg. Active is definitely Zlatan Ibrahimovic!

    6. I've got no clue what's realistic but hopefully as high as possible!

    Hej @Henrik Johansson

I am Daniel Janser, the GM of the Mississauga Hounds in the VHLM. @Ente2997 is my AGM. We are a franchise in a rebuild phase and therefore can offer you a lot of icetime, which will certainly boost your draft stock.

The Hounds encourage locker room activity and the management and the Alumni are always willing to help to develop your player. We encourage you to build the player as you imagine him to be, but also offer assistance if you are at a loss how to achieve your preferred build.

If you want to be part of this rebuild/project and we could attract your interest, please quote this message and add #releasethehounds. We will send you an invitation to our discord channel (this is not mandatory but helps enormously with communication) and a contract which kindly accept in order to join us.

Whatever team you decide to join, we wish you best of luck and more importantly lots of fun with Henrik Johansson.

    Daniel Janser

    Hello Daniel!

I would love to accept your offer!

I'm a completely new user so if possible I could use a little help :)
