Unassisted Expected to go Top Five in S48
Richmond Hill, Ontario.
Unassisted has only played four games for the Saskatoon Wild this season, however the under-ager is already turning heads. He's proven to be the high end playmaker that the hype projected him to be. He has three assists so far, two of them being highlight reel, no-look passes. He has the skating ability and the hockey IQ, it is all about getting stronger and more experienced. The young center is currently sharing the faceoff dot with Sir Covington III, and is getting his reps in. There's no doubt that Unassisted is going to be great, and next season he should take the reigns and lead a VHLM team. While he is still two seasons away from his VHL Draft year, some scouts are already projecting big things. It is unanimous from scouts around the league that Unassisted will go in the first round of the VHL S48 Draft, how high is still being speculated. Many are being conservative in saying top five, or just vaguely saying the first round. There have been a couple projecting this player to be a franchise cornerstone, and could be the top pick. It is still very early, and things can change with prospects like this, but it has been a number of seasons since a young player has garnered this much attention.
