Pain is sporadic and generally dull when it occurs. When I started having pain on my right side, I thought appendix or gall bladder, but when it started happening on the left too, I thought intestinal or muscular. Right now I'm heavily leaning muscular. Speaking of which, Phil: I might have to get some side-midsection stretches or exercises from you.

but the pain could be originating from tight hips or back so stretching those out too wouldn’t be a bad idea either tbh.
