  2. Outlaws Rushed Out It was tough on the fans to watch the Turku Outlaws crushed in the VHLM finals by the Yukon Rush in sweeping fashion. Many had predicted that the Outlaws would put up a struggle but the complete dominance that Yukon had displayed was a sight to behold. The three-two loss in game four was a bitter pill for the team to swallow but there were many reasons to why the Rush cruised past the Outlaws with relative ease. Two teams that were top of their respective conferences met up to prove themselves as a mismatch. Here we take an in depth look at why Turku failed to win a game. Goaltending: Magalhães Pergher let Turku down big time. The amount of goals he let in were downright horrifying while only posting a save percentage above ninety percent in game one. The Outlaws did not leave him out to dry and he was given great defending but he looked like a complete sieve. Pergher should feel ashamed to put on such an underwhelming performance and will need to bounce back from his flounders. In the opposite corner there was Brock Waldron who was an absolute rock for the defending champions of the Founder's Cup. He posted an unreal save percentage north of ninety four percent! He is definitely in contention for being the MVP of his team. Special Units: Turku had one of the worst special units performance I have ever seen. Only converting sixteen percent of their powerplay opportunities while facing the Rush in the post-season. They had multiple chances to score with a man advantage but Yukon's penalty kill dashed any hopes of Turku using the powerplay as an outlet to barrage the Rush with goals. After barely squeaking past Moscow this team's powerplay seemed to have completely dried up. Their penalty kill was no better as Yukon converted one hundred percent of their powerplay opportunities in game four and have used their own powerplay to overpower the likes of Turku. If the Outlaws had gotten a more organized special unit's formation then things definitely could have been more interesting. Disappearing Act: Koji Yamazaki is thought to be one of the top prospects for the upcoming entry draft. His physicality, responsibility and heavy shot are what teams value in a defenceman but the Rush were having none of that. Despite being a physical presence Koji recorded a total of zero points in the Yukon series. Zero. This was just after he had put up eleven in seven games against Moscow. Yamazaki struggled to produce when his team needed him most but that is a credit to the Yukon Rush. They battled hard and made sure that the Outlaws would have a difficult time against the defending champions. We had predicted that the Moscow Red Wolves would lift the cup earlier but it appears that has been proven wrong as the Yukon Rush yet again win another championship. After Turku blitzed Moscow with high flying offense there was much anticipation for a long drawn out series with an exciting finish but the Yukon Rush were too good. Did Turku pass Moscow by a fluke or was it the fact that the Rush had formed into a freight train that did not want to stop? The Outlaws will wish they had converted on their chances but we bid a congratulations to Yukon for their Founder's Cup victory.
  3. everyone know who i am filip henrikkson. I am now household name in vhlm after playing total of 0 game and will be draft early in dispersal draft. why? because i am best prospect in league am now. Kendrick help me a lot with build and i am thank him for making me better player but there is breaking news from denmark. there is possibility vhl no allow filip henrikkson as center because they say his prodigy ability too good for him and that he will wreck the league like how rush is wrecking league in play-offs. really how you get too good like that. I was walk in toronto earlier and saw remy lebeau doing witchcraft in some hut i am scare and i run away. i mean i was so scary he run off. yeah. I think this revenge for new york conspiracy team shipping me off to north korea so it good to see. davos have one scrub player name is bentley but i think he better than people think. he will be superstar one day okay maybe not but he have good heart. i am denmark prodigy and they should put me in hall of fame right now i am best.
  4. How is Toronto so Good? Here we will go into depth of the magical run of the Toronto Legion in this season's play-offs. Currently they are in the finals with Davos leading one to nill in the best of seven series. With many expecting New York to defeat the Legion it came as a complete surprise when Remy LeBeau put on a performance for the decades to power his Toronto team to Continental Cup finals. After surviving a grueling six game series against Seattle their fortunes have been looking up and their team has been stealing the spotlight away from Rod Ford. Goaltending: This is the main part of the team that has stuck out for me. Remy LeBeau put on a goaltending clinic throughout the entire post-season and has been an important piece to the puzzle of Toronto's play-off run. After his first game against Seattle where he let in five goals on 36 shots he made a miraculous comeback and back-stopped Toronto through two series single glovedly. Get it? He leads all goalies in save percentage with a staggering 94.5 percent! His numbers have been unreal and it has been a true blessing to watch Remy go out with a trip to the finals. His consistent play will need to continue if the team wishes to beat a powerful Davos team. LeBeau will go off on a high note as he looks to wrap things up in Switzerland. Offense: Toronto's offense has been absolutely clutch. Their one-two punch down the middle of Lindberg and Kjellberg have proven formidable as they run with a strong supporting cast of Chic Salmon, Anatoli Zhumbayev and Evgeny Namestnikov. Kjellberg has scored an explosive twenty goals to lead his team and all players in the league when it comes to scoring. He may not be a big body but his finesse and skill allow him to make crisp passes and score when needed. Chico Salmon has become a big name in Toronto, scoring the game winning goal in overtime against Davos to ensure Toronto a lead in their series. With eight goals he leads the charge for this Legion squad. Evgeny is a craft player and alongside Zhumbayev they have formed one of the best lines in the post-season. Lindberg leading the forwards corps with solid two-way play proves that the Legion are a force to be reckoned with. Defense: You can't give enough credit to Sixten and Jack Sound who have been absolutely workhorses for the team and with Hudson chipping in, they have a solid anchor to chip in from time to time. They fight, hit, block shots and score. What more could you ask for in a defenseman? Jack Sound has produced at a respectable pace and the team will need to tighten up if they want to be able to defeat the Dynamos squad that are poised to make a comeback if the Legion aren't too careful. So far they have done a good job and shutting down opposing team's big guns and Remy will need to give credit for their work. Overall it's pretty obvious that Remy LeBeau has been playing out of his mind. Davos are definitely favorites in this bout but if LeBeau has anything to say about what's been going on, there is no way Toronto will be going out easily. With Kjellberg leading the charge and their entire team pitching in it will be difficult to see where this run ends but we will make a prediction. Toronto wins the Continental Championships after a tough game seven to have LeBeau finish his career in style.
  5. i am think goalie maybe. lebeau performance inspiring

  8. VHLM: Play-Off Battles In it to win it! One would expect a longer series but it looks like the first round of the post-season is about to come to a close in the VHLM. Why you might ask? Moscow has swept Bern in convincing fashion while Ottawa is leading their own series against Brampton three to one. A complete roller coaster of a ride this past week has been for all teams and players alike. With the build up of anticipation, teams will look to build on momentum and try to hoist the Founder's Cup at the end of the post-season. The Moscow Red Wolves destroyed the Bern Royals in a four game extravaganza, with top prospect Jackson Miller leading the pack with nine points in just four games. Impressive. The real hero in the post-season for this team has to be Steve Tremblay. Tremblay has scored five goals so far with three of them being game winning goals. I predicted earlier that he would need to step up if Moscow had any hope of lifting the cup and he has proved me right. Although they put on a grand performance there happened to be visible flaws. What wins championships? People say scoring, others say defense but in truth there is only one answer; goal tending. Jose Canseco has not lived up to standards and is not making the team's life easier. Only a mere eighty nine shots directed on net and he has let in eleven! If the Red Wolves have any hope at all to continue with their winning ways then Jose will need to carry his own work load because the Turku Outlaws are their next big obstacle. Brampton is being torn apart by the Lynx and sadly we revisit a previous point. Goal tending. The Backenbauer trio just isn't getting it done with the goal tending shaky at best. Bodnar's performance in these past four games are something he would like to forget because he did not assist his team in any way whatsoever. Who stepped up? Ikier Manushez. Marvelous performance by the Ottawa goaltender as he helps keep the Lynx in contention. Another interesting story line is that of season forty prospect Tyler Cote putting up eight points in just four games! With a dazzling performance he sure hopes to get his draft stock up early but will it be enough? Brampton is down but they have yet to bow out of post-season play. It is predicted that the Blades will win at least one more game before being finished off by the Lynx. If Ottawa does eliminate Brampton then I expect an tough test awaiting for them in Yukon. The Rush are undoubtedly the favorites here but it will be interesting to see the new additions of Marcus Hurley and Tyler Cote in action against the best minor team in North America. Do the Lynx have what it takes? We will say no but anything can happen as we see Ottawa with a large lead over Brampton in their series. The best match up is yet to come with the Moscow squad scheduled to face Turku in the European conference finals. This will pit two well managed teams against each other in an intense post-season match up. This series will likely head to six or seven games but we have predicted that the Red Wolves of Moscow will put this away. Moscow has not done anything wrong to disapprove our previous prediction of them winning the Founder's Cup.
  9. There is big conspiracy in vhlm world as pajodcast/ newyork conspiracy and co. got their hand on Saskatoon Wild paper and forced Henrikkson to not play any game in vhlm season. In denmark league he reported have score one thousand points in one season so people are speculate that the conspiracy team is afraid that Henrikkson would score lot of point to pass Lynx and make team reach play off. Fan everywhere, okay maybe only in denmark but still, sad that they no get to see Filip play in vhlm this season and score many point. In video footage it is seen that masked man switch passpost of Henrikkson and instead of sending him to report to Saskatoon, they have sent him to north korea. The masked man have wear new york american jersey with nameplate 'alfieforever' on back. We are no idea what this mean but it is suspect. Exactly four game later to end of vhlm season north korea release Henrikkson and send him to Saskatoon. This very coincidental or is it?! Filip Henrikkson on case.
  10. henrikkson better than you remember this
  11. Play-Off Dreams: Saskatoon Wild Saskatoon Wild GP: 65 W-L-OTL: 30-27-8 GD: -9 Winning Percentage: 52.30% Every team enters the season of making the post-season because that is the stage where anything can happen. The Saskatoon Wild are in a tough position at this moment, sitting only two points away from claiming a play-off spot in the North American Conference. They are currently riding a four game winning streak and hope to continue that trend with the addition of Edgar Balthazar, a player that has turned the team's fortunes around since joining the Wild. We will look through several areas and decide what Saskatoon will need to do so they can jump past the Lynx and play in the post-season. Acquisitions: Step Up! Their trade acquisitions from Turku has performed well but not at the clip as they had when with the Outlaws. If Saskatoon hopes to compete then Mikael Svensson, Braxton Hunter and Walt Pringle have to put up big numbers and lead the offensive rush for the Wild. They are adjusting slowly and have showed flashes of brilliance but the team is counting on them while in a tight spot. Svensson is a top quality player and we can be certain that he wants to gain more experience with the Wild so he can make a VHL debut next season. The answer remains simple, these three players need to have more bite in their bark. New Kid on the Block Edgar Balthazar is playing on the second line and despite limited playing time, he is putting up decent numbers when the Wild are in need of it most. Edgar is learning the ropes of the VHLM and has shown that he is there to stay. His frame needs to be filled out but he has plenty of time to do that but for now he should focus on Saskatoon's hopes. A great pickup off the waivers for the Wild and hopefully he will progress enough to be a player that can be a full-time member of their top-6. We don't view him as a threat as of yet but he should be able to do some damage in the post-season. Ever since Edgar has joined the squad, they have come to post a winning record. Is he the final piece? Dizzy Dean Needs to Stop Being Dizzy Goal-tending has been a real struggle for the team this season with Dean putting up abysmal stats. It appears like a down season for all goaltenders in the league but that does not make this case any better. The Wild need quality goal-tending from Dizzy or they shouldn't expect a taste of post-season play. Dizzy Dean has to stop making boneheaded plays and work to his strength in working the rebound control. He has shown to be a decent goaltender in the past and can surely change his fortunes by showing up in the final stretch of games. He is vital to the team and his play will dictate their place in the standings. The finals stretch of games are winding down and the Wild find themselves in a desperate position as they try to claw their way into the standings. The team is hanging by the thread and the GM is frantically trying to organize moves to bolster the roster. Will it be enough? Saskatoon is riding a hot winning streak of four games and will need to continue with those ways. They need every point they can get from the coming seven games and if they can improve their play, we can definitely expect to see them challenging for the Founder's Cup.
