I know you talked about making it for the TPE, but man you did not take any shortcuts and really made a sick graphic for him. I'm a sucker for the colours you used as I love the sunset type vibe, and I also like the font you used as it's pretty bold and clear. Also love the touch you did with the player render since I know he asked for someone from his local team. Only critique I have is that the resolution makes it a bit blurry (specifically the text), but that's a very minor thing imo.
