The Vancouver Wolves might just be the best team ever. There, I said it. Vancouver is currently sitting atop the NA conference with an impressive 30-6-2 record, 5 points ahead of the rival Chicago Phoenix, lead by sleepy @JeffD and his ragtag crew of inactives.

 

Vancouver currently leads the league in many stat categories, have 2 of the players involved in the 3-way tie for first in points, Tyler Reinhart sitting 4th in points, Henry Tucker leading the league in goals, R 5th in assists, and R and Robin Galante Nilsson 4th and 6th in points respectively. On the goaltending side of things Markus Emerson Jr is having a career season in his retirement year, leading the league with 30 wins and 2nd in sv% posting an elite 0.929

 

Vancouver's offense has been the driving factor of this success with an insane 187 Goals For just half-way through the season. That's an impressive 4.92 goals per game. It's no surprise why they are on top of the league right now, as it's very hard to win against a team when you need to score 6 goals against them, especially if they are just as good defensively. The Wolves are on pace to score 354 goals, which would smash S79 Malmo's 314 Goals For, a current record going back to at least S20.
