Magnemite Spark on Magikarp

Pokeballs until success on the other two, Pichu first

Magnemite makes quick work of Magikarp and takes it out before Magikarp can use an attack!

Pichu is caught on the first attempt, while Grubbin is caught with the second pokeball.

Magnemite gains 2 levels and you find $100 on the ground.

Catch elekid with great ball and fight the others with larvitar

Elekid is caught with the second greatball.

Larvitar didn't come to play today and makes quick work of Growlithe, only needing 2 rockslides to take them out and now sits at 51.8 hp.

Pichu decides to use thunder shock, it does not effect Larvitar who counters with rockslide defeating pichu.

You find $234 on the ground and Larvitar has gained 1.5 levels

Must be nice to have disposable income--you spend $2,660 on the above.

Your Safari Pass comes with a warning to avoid disturbing the wildlife, but being the little ingrate that you are, you come across:

Wooloo lv 20

Hawlucha lv 18

Swinub lv 19

Throw a single Ultra Ball at the Swinub.

Throw Ultra Balls at the Hawlucha.

Start with Alakazam against the Wooloo. Use Future Sight on it's first turn, Recover on it's second turn, then switch to Eevee on the turn that Future Sight hits.

If the Hawlucha wasn't caught, let Eevee stay in and Swift it until Hawlucha snaps it in half. Bring Alakazam back in for Future Sight first turn (if it gets Detect cancelled, use it again), then Recover on next turn, then switch to Magikarp on the turn that Future Sight hits.

Eevee should evolve into Leafeon on level up.

You catch Magnemite and Eevee with the first greatball you use on each one!

Riolu opens with metal claw on mimikyu and takes it down to 49.1 hp. Mimikyu counters with Play Rough which one-shots Riolu.

Please provide further instruction for your action.

Swinub lv 19

Swinub is caught in 1 throw.

Hawlucha takes 4 throws 😬

Alakazam and Eevee do an elaborate dance and Eevee is shocked to find that Wooloo has fainted in front of it! Eevee gains 2 levels, feels inspired, and evolves into Leafeon!

And day 3 concludes! Half finished actions can be finished and any remaining actions will be converted into Work via Discord.

Rule Update!

In order to prevent infinite loops, the healing moves Synthesis, Recover, and Swallow now all have a PP of 5. In other words, they can only be used 5 times per battle. Because of this late change, anyone who spent money on a mini-TM for one of these has the option to ask for a refund.

Team Rocket is on the prowl tonight! Because of the awkwardness of mods being Team Rocket members, the results of this will be posted later today and I am going to open up day 4 now instead. We will also be utilizing the Officer Jenny Arcanine rule from last game. Members will get an Arcanine to help them defend against Rocket attacks whose level is the average of the attacking Rocket member's team.

Day 4 begins!

lv 27

Ponyta
Graveler
Pidgeotto

Your opponent sends out Pidgeotto first! They seem especially confident given their level advantage...

You send out Steelix.

Pidgeotto uses a combination of slashes and wing attack. Steelix is too tanky though! Steelix is taken to less then half HP before Pidgeotto falls.

Next comes out Graveler.

Bulldoze is super effective! Will Steelix survive?

Spoiler

Steelix hangs on with 18 HP!

It takes out a large chunk of Graveler's HP before falling.

You send out Scizor next whose Iron Head finishes off Graveler.

Next is the dreaded Ponyta!

Ponyta ues Flamethrower...

A 1 HIT KO!

BUT WAIT!

SCIZOR HANGS ON WITH FOCUS SASH!

Scizor uses Air Slash and Ponyta has 50 HP remaining as it blasts Scizor away.

Can Magnemite finish off the rampaging pony? Odds don't look great...

Magnemite uses Spark.. Ponyta has 22 HP left!

Ponyta uses...

Spoiler

Flamethrower! Super Effective!

Magnemite goes down

Steelix gains 4 levels

Scizor gains 3 levels

Not too shabby considering the large level gap to begin with!
