"We have discussed a few possibilities with various general managers and coaches throughout the Victory Hockey League," frescoelmo, the agency's principal, explained. "In short, we got a considerable amount of feedback identifying troubling areas within the league, places where the [frescoelmo] agency felt that it could assist." With the addition of their consulting division, the frescoelmo agency can offer select franchises the opportunity to have locker room liaisons. "Additional locker room support, further player development, training assistance, these are all things that our agency can provide to the VHL franchises," frescoelmo told reporters. "Our hopes are that it establishes an enhanced culture within the league, one where agencies are not stymied from having a similar experience to that of the typical VHL player."
