This was hard to listen too since I didn`t find a ton of factual based information for why teams were ranked as you ranked them. You need a base line for your power rankings and not just going off your own personal feelings and the standing when ranking teams.

What of what we said wasn’t factual? We discussed why we decided to rank the teams where they went. This isn't a pre-season power ranking, as we stated in the beginning. We prefer to look at teams after there are enough games to have some stats. Like of course there will be some overlapping with standings because the power rankings are partially based on standings in some capacity.

But we clearly stated the reasons Vancouver is lower in our eyes. They are 2nd in a pretty poor conference even though they have one of the better rosters they clearly aren’t playing to the level they should, they are in 2nd simply due to OTLs and their special teams are buns. But at the end of the day the Power Rankings are decided by whatever Simon Says as the title so clearly states.
