It's the end of the S98 Trade Deadline week, which means I had to fulfill my internal contractual obligation to return for the S100 Draft. Truly, it is a hell of a milestone, and I'd be remiss to not take the opportunity to get in on the historical season and what I presume/hope to be a historical draft. I haven't taken too close of a look at all the new draftees, but at a glance it seems like it should be quite a doozie. As of this writing, there's nearly three full pages of players, and there's a solid amount of notable recreates as far as I can tell.

 

I'll single out @Bushito as the first notable return I noticed for this event. He's one of the increasingly few* people who I can point at and say, "Hey, I'm not old, HE'S old!" It helps sooth the fact that I'm significantly more washed up then him . It looks like this may be his first return since the blurry COVID years, which is cool to see.

 

Speaking of washups, @Beaviss also has a new player. He missed the opportunity to recreate on International Beaver Day, which is profoundly disappointing, but I GUESS it's nice he showed up at all.

 

The final old fuck I'll call out is @Mike, and only because Enorama insisted that we can be solid Best people here goaltending rivals. I was kind of surprised to see it appears he's been on a 4 year hiatus. As far as I recall, he's been active in the VHL LoL Discord, so I half-assumed he was all up in this bitch. But apparently not!

 

Anyway, it's cool to be back with all these other has-beens. It remains to be seen how dedicated I'll be. It is late night on a Sunday and I'm last minute point tasking, which is somewhat of an ominous start, but also very on brand for me. Let's do it to it!

The social distancing one happens when you space out all the letters; it doesn’t specify that when you write it normally. I’ve been calling to get that one rolled back for a while, honestly—you want to make fun of BoG, you should get to do that.
