The last Super Cup was successful but lacked engagement - the Blue Team and the Board of Governors have been talking about how to improve that, and the Commissioner(s) will be invited to join that discussion.Job description:1) Create a Draft Board with rounds, teams, and a list of all the available players (Draft Lottery too).2) Hire 6 Super Cup general managers.3) Communicate with the simmer (will be either Higgins or Draper).4) HOST A LIVE FANTASY DRAFT. This is the most important. If you cannot host a live draft with the GMs you choose that could last upwards of 2-3+ hours, please don't apply. 5) Various other small tasks that may arise from the discussion with the Blue Team about new Super Cup features. Pay: 5 TPE each (may be adjusted pending performance).Apply below. Since we're looking at adding a few more elements to Super Cup this time around, we're going to favour a pair of Commish's versus one. Keep in mind the draft must be held during the VHL playoffs so this can start as soon as the off-season begins. I've already done quite a few tasks similar to what you mentioned the successful applicant would be doing with the job in previous roles. I feel like I did a good job in my role of Super Cup GM last tournament, keeping our locker room active with discussion and would have no problems putting in a bit of extra work to add further interest to the tournament (Sim Breakdowns, Draft Reviews, Player Interviews, etc.) NB: Any concerns about being able to attend a live draft due to my timezone need not apply. I'm very flexible with when I can operate on the site. I had a successful tenure as World Cup Commissioner for 8 seasons and brought us amazing things like World Cup Team and Player Stats, redefining how the VHL looked at the World Cup I intend to have that impact here with the Super Cup. We've needed this to gain traction for a while now and I believe I am the man that can make this happen. I appreciate your consideration. I'd say we combined to make a pretty solid Seattle Team PT, why can't it work for the Super Cup? My availability would primarily be after 5p on weekdays, free on weekends.
