It´s extremely important that you get enough sleep each night. At least eight hours roughly but everybody is different. Some people might survive with just five hours of sleep and some might need at least nine hours. There is not a one correct answer. The reason I´m talking about sleeping this week is that sometimes you just cant sleep. No matter what you do , you just keep on turning in your bed for hours and hours. Eventually you might get some sleep but when you wake up on the next morning after sleeping only few hours, it´s going to take almost superhero like strenght to wake up when that alarm clock starts making noise. 
 
I decided to visit my old friend, Jorma Ruutu from New York Americans and ask few questions from him. I heard that he had some sleeping problems in the past. Perhaps he can give few good tips and help others in the same situation. This is what happened.
 
Good morning Jorma!
 
Jr: Good morning Dave. What are you doing here? 
 
I called four days ago ? You remember? About the interview?
 
Jr: Ooooh , Yea. Now I remember. Sorry I have a terrible memory. Sometimes I forget things like that. Also last time we did a interview, I got very angry feedback from the people who read your articles. Cant remember what I said but I remember being reading extremely dirty emails and somebody even commented my hairstyle while I was in a supermarket.

That sucks. I cant remember anything like that. I rarely read my email or visit supermarkets. 
 
Jr: What ? You dont read your emails?
 
Noh. I use a second email that you can see under each of my articles. People send lots of crazy comments there so I had to create a new email that I use. 
 
Jr: I see. Well lets get this interview going!
 
Oh for sure. Well I´m here to talk about sleeping problems. Ever had trouble sleeping?
 
Jr: Sometimes sure. That is quite normal, I think. Sometimes you just cant sleep. In real life problems that are in your mind keep you awake. You can perhaps block them during the day but when you should sleep , you cant block them so easily.
 
True , true. What you do when you cant sleep?
 
Jr: Try to sleep until I can finally sleep. Rookie mistake to get up and do something else. Glass of water in the kitchen or a visit to the toilet is ok but if you do something else, there is a good chance you wont sleep at all during that night.
 
What about right before you are getting ready to sleep? Any tips?
 
Jr: Well , I try to relax. Watching tv from the bed or reading are great ways to relax.  I sleep like a baby if I´m already tired before getting into the bed.  Eating healthy and working out during the day are also very important in order to get some sleep during the night. If you just sit all day long ,you might have trouble sleeping at night.

Content: 3/3 This was pretty good. Hopefully those sleeping problems are something you can overcome. Best thing to do is tire yourself out to the point you have no option but to pass out.
