Last off-season, GMs seemed to hit some sort of paranoia as everyone set out to fill out their own agendas. We saw teams load up on talent, and some load up on picks so they could see their moment somewhere down the road. I none way or another it seemed that every team was making moves in the off-season, with picks being passed around more than anything imaginable. So while the trade deadline in the VHL may be lacking, it's clear that the off-season certainly is not. Will we see that kind of panicked trading again this time around? For the Power Poll, we want to know if you believe that there will be more blockbuster trades this off-season in comparison to last off-season. Most teams seem to be locked up where they are now, but some may be in need of a change. Will Helsinki move any pieces in hopes of avoiding a shitty situation down the road? Will Calgary start preparing for the future? Will Stockholm or Riga begin a rebuild due to the competition in Europe? With all of those possibilities it seems that everything is possible again this off-season, so who is to say that there won't be another wild round of trades? Make sure to vote and comment as always!
